Very disappointing experience. My daughter was visiting from France and eager to visit her old favorite HS shop. She bought a cute purse and some jewelry before returning to France. The purse started to fall apart in less than one month! She emailed the owner and explained what happened and was ignored. I went in today and showed the owner 3 photos of the purse and she basically said, too bad, so sad. She insisted they have NEVER had a purse come apart in all her years there. She refused to replace or credit the damaged purse, since I did not have it in my possession. It's in FRANCE! Great inventory that feels like a time machine transporting you back to the days when people strived for peace, love and understanding. That ain't bad. The proprietor is always congenial and radiates the love and attitude of the original hippie ideals. Do yourself a favor...visit this store and feel the vibes that are needed to return the world to sanity. And while you are there, buy a little something to take home with you and feel the peace wherever you are.

First and foremost, you will never meet a better, more kind, helpful, but not in your face wonderful business owner. This is one of my all time favorite stores in Geneva. They have items that are hard to find anywhere else. They have a selection of any type of incense UNDER THE SUN!!! They really have it all! Plus the most unique holders. And whoever keeps scooping up all of my all time to-die-and-live-for most awesome NAG CHAMPA candles, stop the hording madness will ya?? I happen to want some some as...
