I’ve always loved the selection of shirts here, and my previous experiences were great—the employees were always friendly and welcoming. The stuff here is so beautiful, including the decor!!

My 3 star rating is due to the disappointing experience and customer service that happened today…I live in Austin and drove here right after work, arriving around 4:30pm since Google says they close at 6:00pm. I found a couple of shirts I liked and was browsing for more when, at 5:00pm the employee informed me she was closing early due to it being a slow day.

I was fine with that, but when I went to check out, I only had cash. The employee then told me she closed the register(for cash transactions). I explained I’d come back the next day, but unfortunately I don’t think that will be happening due to me living over 45 mins away. She did offer to hold them for me after I said i’d come back, but it’s the principle of disappointing customer service. On top of that, I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged when I first entered.

I’ve managed and owned a small business myself, I understand the need to close early when things are slow, but I would never turn away a paying customer who is still actively shopping, nor would I ignore them upon arrival. Updating business hours on google would be beneficial if you are going to close an hour early. I really loved shopping here, but unfortunately, I’ll be looking for a boutique closer to home...
