At Jaiwai Thai Kitchen, the beef pad Thai is nothing short of a gastronomic revelation, a symphony of flavors and textures that catapults the dish into the realm of culinary artistry. Let's delve into the intricacies that make this experience truly extraordinary.
The beef, expertly sliced and seared, embodies a perfection seldom achieved. Its exterior boasts a tantalizing caramelization, providing a delightful contrast to the interior's juicy tenderness. The marriage of these textures amplifies the overall enjoyment of the dish, creating a dynamic interplay that keeps taste buds intrigued with each bite.
What sets Jaiwai's pad Thai apart is the ingenious choice of noodles. Far from being a mere alternative, these noodles act as the culinary backbone, absorbing the rich, nuanced flavors of the sauce. Their broad surface area provides an ideal canvas for the sauce to cling to, ensuring that every strand is infused with the delightful medley of sweet, savory, and tangy notes.
Speaking of the sauce, it's a masterpiece in itself. A carefully calibrated blend of ingredients results in a harmonious symphony that elevates the entire dish. The sweet undertones dance gracefully with the savory elements, while a hint of tanginess keeps the palate engaged. It's a flavor profile that lingers, inviting you to savor each bite with newfound appreciation.
The addition of crushed peanuts introduces a delightful crunch, a textural contrast that enhances the overall sensory experience. It's a small but crucial detail that showcases the chef's commitment to perfection, ensuring that no element is overlooked in the pursuit of culinary excellence.

Read moreUp until recently we have enjoyed coming to Jaiwai Thai Kitchen for a quick lunch. Unfortunately, after our visit on April 4, 2018 this view has changed for us. On that day, instead of the usual delightful service, we encountered problems from the moment we got there. The issue started when our complimentary soup was not served to us until we asked for it and we were waiting for at least 20 minutes. We were finally given our soup and continued to patiently wait for our lunch. One of my coworkers noticed that people that arrive much later than us, began to receive their food. By this time we had been waiting for 45 minutes. She called over “Sam” our waiter. He came back and told us our order had been entered into their system but was not pushed to the kitchen to get prepared. After another 10 minutes our food arrived, by this time it had been more than 1 hour since we arrived. After we ate, we asked for our check and I asked if we could be given a discount for our poor service. Sam, stated he does not make that kind of decision and said he would ask. He did not return, so we went to the counter to pay. That is when Joel arrived at the cash register. I asked him for a discount, and he responds, “For What”. I explained our situation, which he already knew about it. He then said he would give us a 10% discount. We agreed, when it was my turn to pay, I said, “I had Thai Fried rice with Shrimp and a coke. I will let you pay for my coke.” Without a skip of the beat he said “That’s not how this works, you asked for a coke you pay for a coke.” He continued to argue with me, saying that we had not been there an hour. He repeatedly was snarky and rude with me, while I paid. I told him that I would add this note to yelp and google over his behavior. He was rude, and the customer service at that point was the worse I have ever seen. I will not go back to Jaiwai Thai Kitchen. As a valued customer, offering to give me a coke or even a sincere apology would have been nice. An overall rating, our experience at your establishment was not near what we had come to expect from Jaiwai Thai Kitchen. Hopefully you will be able to return to your previous level of customer service. Sincerely,...
