Let me start by saying that I have loved this place for about 3 years! The oils are amazing and my daughters and I have always been greeted by the owner with a smile and a helpful attitude. I am an influencer and talk about this place on my videos ALL the time. THIS TIME HOWEVER, we came in and was literally followed around the store. Everytime me or my daughter picked something up the associate by the name of Bree would take it from us to hold in the front of the store. There were even other people in the store that ended up walking out because she wasn't helping them due to her persistently following us! If we looked up from the back of the store, Bree was looking over the counter to stare at us! It was extremely uncomfortable and unfortunate! I have never spent less than $2-3 hundred dollars in here at any given time. I send people in here regularly but if this is how they will be treated I will not do it anymore! It was heartbreaking to say the least considering how much emphasis I have put on holding this place in such high regards! I still completed my purchase ($233) because as I said the oils smell great but sadly I don't think that my shopping dates with my daughter will include OH...

This place is fantastic. This part of the review is for the guys. This isn't a place for us. This is a place for our women. To put it in our terms, this is like a motorcycle and whiskey bar where World War II vets hang out and tell stories.

The merchandise is all meticulously chosen by the owner. If you go on Saturdays you might get a chance to meet her and if you show her something you like she'll show you others that are just like it that match. She's a wonderful conversationalist and has a passion for style, fashion, jewelry, and accessories.

All things I don't understand. My wife walked in and said I could always come into the store and pick something out to surprise her and it wouldn't matter what.

There is a heavy French influence in a wonderful way. There are a lot of small touches that have a wonderful vibe. There are so many little spots to discover and explore little things that are so easy to overlook...

Very poor customer service, tried to order a 300 rug, owner said she could get it. Then called to tell me she couldn’t get it and to look on line and pick another pattern, then left me a nasty voicemail, but then left another voicemail apologizing for the misunderstanding in the way she acted and was going to give me a $50 gift that was in the store room OK so I canceled my order online decided to go into the store pick up the $50 gift for the misunderstanding and then I was going to order the $300 rug from her since it was just a misunderstanding but when I went today she told me that I misunderstood again and she was never going to give me a $50 rug.... A whole Lotta misunderstandings every time we speak.
