Red Poppy Festival — Local services in Georgetown

This is one of our favorite festivals I would rate it 10 stars if I could. The time of year, the live music, the entertainment, the food, the vendors, the clean portable restrooms, and the Old Town setting make this a really fun destination for all ages. They have great wine tasting rooms and fun western themed bars. I wish they would move their monument to the Confederate military to Fort Mabry's War Museum, but at least it isn't noticeable during ...

Absolutely fabulous festival put on by the city of Georgetown. The streets around the square are closed down and people are able to walk around and enjoy the offerings. We’ve been coming every year since we moved here 5 years ago. Dysfunction Junction band that plays on Friday night has always been our favorite part....

The event was super crowded and the food vendors took anywhere from 25min to an hr to get you orders. The car show was nice but the artist tents were far too overpriced for the average family to do anything other than window shop. The live music was great, but...
