Poor Service.... Good Ice Cream
3 in my party came.
For some reason... all 3 associates went behind the doors.... ??? Like... they werent there..🤔
1 appears from the back and starts helping for ice creem..
Another only appears when a 2nd seperarate customer came in 2-3mins later... for a cookie...while the 1st associate was helping only 1 of the 3 guest...
Another set of customers come in and finally the 3rd associate reappears...
By this time only 2 of my 3 were being helped and here he is skipping over them and helping the 3rd guest. I said.. He (my dad) was next
He said "I'm helping them"..
And completely ignored our request...
Apparently they knew the last guest that came in..even after the 2nd associate finished with the 1 cookie..she still didnt acknowledge my father who still wasnt helped at that time...
I was so caught up in the lack of proper customer service...I took my receipt and left my debit card...
I'll be calling tomm for it... Thanks

This isnt my 1st time there..but it may be my last...2 times in a row something happened I didnt appreciate it like.
These young adults need better training in customer service.

Read morePretty disappointing. We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday. It's 48 hours required advance notice. I called the day after we ordered to make sure they got the order and were working on. Good thing I called because no they didn't. When I go pick up the cake it doesn't have Andes chocolate mints on the top as shown in the photo and as stated in the cake description. The whole reason we got this mint meltdown cake was for the Andes mints which my daughter loves since we can't buy these in the country where I am stationed. When I point out that it's missing the full Andes candies on top, the girl working the counter replies "well we don't have Andes at this location". Um, can't they just run down to any grocery store to pick up some to complete the cake as it's advertised? Why is that now my burden? They didn't make any effort whatsoever. And their response was like too bad. We don't have those ingredients so we don't make it like that even though we advertise it as such. Read moreMy husband and I first walked into the place where Mr. Bill was just standing behind the ice cream stand just staring looking at us as if he was confused to why we were there. I placed an order and he was very rude and unengaging. He mixed the ice cream until it was melted and not creamed. He then placed it sloppily in the cup and treated it as though it was pig slop. There was ice cream all over the outside of the cup. He proceeded to give it to me; but I politely told him no thank you. I don't want it anymore. BILL lost loyal fans of Mable slab creamery. We drove 45 min away from our home to be treated with unkindness and disrespect from BILL. This is the only one in Memphis, TN. We will NOT be returning. We would rather drive to Nashville, TN first before we step foot back in that place.
