RUN THE OTHER WAY!!! If you are any color other than white, DON’T waste your time and money in this store. I was racially profiled in this store. My family and I have been shopping at this store every since they were just a section in the yoga store further down on popular years ago. We were not allowed to use our military discount because my daughter wasn’t present to buy the skirts that we were getting for her birthday. Even though we have used our military discounts many times before. I was the only customer asked to keep the skirts that I was going to purchase at the register if I wanted to continue to browse. Meanwhile, other customers held on to their items until they were ready to check out. Not to mention that we were to only black people in the store. The manager Kylene only emailed and stated that she was going to cal. She was too afraid to call. Never received that call of concern. I guess this is the NEW AMERICA that we live...
Read moreThis is the second time I had this experience so I don't think it is a fluke. If you take your clothes in for alterations, be sure to ask them to check the back for your clothes. My wife dropped off my pants to be hemmed on June 3rd and she went back a few weeks later. They asked "Did you get an email saying it was ready?" They checked on their app and it said "still working on it". I said, is it normal to take a month to hem a pair of pants? They made some excuses and I asked for the manager. The lady left and came back with my pants. "It was in the back." No apologies. No manager. 15 mins later my wife gets an email that my pants are ready for pick up. So, ask them to check the back after a few weeks if you don't...
Read moreI went to this location and was treated terribly! Of course it was very obvious that it was only because i am an African American woman. I went in to get a repair done on two shirts that had rips and was questioned as if I was some kind of criminal. Tiffany (the associate) asked me for proof of purchase etc., I let her know that I didn’t purchase the items under my account that I currently have and she proceeded to state that there was nothing that she could do for me. Not to mention that my biracial daughter had a similar issue with a shirt a few weeks prior and received a new shirt with no questions asked. I have never had such obvious discrimination in my life! After that encounter I went on to shop and just purchase another shirt and bra and when approaching the counter she looked at me as if she was “shocked” I was purchasing something. Very...
