I really like the top I got from the store, but my experience there was weird. Neither of the people working there acknowledged me whatsoever, other than shooting a few looks that didn’t make me feel super good about myself. I was trying really hard to not mind it, it was an hour or 2 before closing, so I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they were both just tired and it was the end of the day. But idk, it was literally the afternoon on a Sunday. Literally, one of the chicks was steaming a garment on the rack I was trying to look at and she never even looked up at me. The only time I was minimally acknowledged was while I was paying. Didn’t even do any of the fake customer service nice stuff (say hello, how are you, did you find blah blah), just said the bare minimum to do the transaction itself. I felt anxious the whole time and like I needed to make my presence and time there as little as possible, and make sure I didn’t get in their way. I was wondering if I was too dark or too big to be in that store the entire time I was there. Maybe that’s not what yall were trying to convey, but that’s how that behavior makes people feel. Genuinely bummed I don’t feel comfy going back to shop again, but not into the mean girls...

I've shopped at this boutique twice now and both times I have had similar experiences. The items are absolutely beautiful and if you're into boho type vibes this is the place for you. The down side is that the workmanship is very poor. I bought 4 items during my first visit and 5 during my second. All items have some sort of loose threads, unfinished seams, or areas that look unclean. Another thing to point out is that many of their items are very paper thin/see through. If the items were $10-$20 this would be expected but when you're paying $50+ per item you would expect at least some quality control and thicker material in at least the bust area. If you're able to sew/mend items I would recommend this place. If you can't, I recommended inspecting every item you want to buy because there are no refunds. I'm sure this boutique does this because they know the poor quality their items are in. I inspect and try to fix the items I bring home then only wash them in delicate bags on the delicate cycle or hand wash. 5/5 for visual appeal of items but 2/5 for price and...

Alex & Nadia were absolutely wonderful with helping assist me in my shopping experience! They were able to answer my questions about the return/exchange policy, which I understood, and they were genuinely wonderful people to talk to.

The store was clean, organized, and the layout was cute as well. I love Creations, one of my favorite shops, and I hadn't been to one in the valley yet (Tucson is where I've gone), and I will absolutely return to this location as well.

Literally though, Alex was so awesome to converse with and Nadia was super duper sweet. They literally made my dang year with how wonderful they were and I truly felt welcome in that store. Thanks so much you guys!...
