Outstanding on all levels! Worth the investment and the time to see Jon McCourt in their Gilbert location. Jon from the very beginning was extremely patient, knowledgeable, had the best suggestions without being pushy and gave us the space to make the best decisions for us but was quick to be of help when it was needed. Jon never seemed put out when we came back to the store to rediscuss our choices in fabrics and again we experienced the same level of service and care as we got the first time. Jon was extremely communicative and followed up on all the details as well as ensured that we had everything in our order was delivered correctly.

Then when we had our delivery, their team leader, Trey (I believe that was his name), continued on with the high level of service that we had experienced with Jon. He was careful to ensure that the team unpacked, placed and moved all the products without damaging any of the products or our property. They were very patient while we tried several configurations of the furniture and never acted frustrated or impatient when they moved the furniture for us. Trey made sure that we understood how the cantilever worked and ensured that all our questions were answered before they left.

Fantastic Experience with the salesperson we used named (Sara B). Did I love the prices? No, however you get what you pay for. I am not easy to deal with as I am very particular. My wife and I hit every store we believe within 30 miles of us. Nobody treated us so kind as Sara. I bet we went in and out of her store 10 times over 2 weeks while shopping all the other places as well. Something just kept taking us back there to buy from her. Without hesitation the words that come to mind when dealing with her are Honesty, Integrity, Patience, Knowledgable, Forthright and Thorough. She gave us every and I mean every option possible to help us pick not only what would look well but what would fit our budget as well along with being comfortable. Very nice experience from beginning to end. I actually was about to make a purchase of 4k from Living Spaces and when I was asking about delivery, they informed me I would have to be available around my home all day for delivery, not a 2hr window, all day!! I ttavel for work and this was very inconvenient to say the least. I decided that LS didnt really value my business or they wouldnt have such an idiotic policy so I decided to take a look at Paddy'O. I had never stepped foot in their store before and I knew they were more expensive than the other stores but I highly value quality and service.
