LAUREN LAUREN LAUREN!! Today I placed a gluten-free to-go order over the phone (with an employee who was not Lauren). Upon arriving to this location I noticed the restaurant was busy and I proceeded to wait at the counter to pay for my order. I paid for my food with one of the locations new employees and quickly realized the amount didn’t add up to what I ordered. The employee grabbed the manager onsite, Lauren, to resolve the issue at the register. Lauren proceeded to kindly help me as another employee approached her to let her know she was being requested by an someone else in the restaurant. She addressed the comment with a quick response and continued to keep her attention on me and my issue! (Impressed)
Upon arriving home, I realized that the salad I ordered came with bread placed on top and couscous (not gluten free). I called back the location to confirm if the couscous indeed contained gluten and noted bread was placed on top. Before I even asked about a resolution, Lauren immediately apologized and stated she remembered me. She then stated how she would resolve my new issue (which I was COMPLETELY satisfied by!) and gave me a brief genuine response as to how this issue may have occurred. I was so impressed with Lauren’s appropriate and HONEST approach to handling my issue.
I have seen Lauren at this location before. She is a jack of all trades, and a MASTER in customer service. She was clearly leading her team today and she did it with professionalism that exceeded my expectations for even the ‘best’ of managers. Wildflower, you are lucky to have her! THANK YOU MS. Read moreWild flower? More like its wild how badly run of a place this is. Ive never seen any restaurant that is this bad in my entire life. I accepted a grubhub order and my customer ordered a sandwich and a cookie. I get there and tell them the order and they say theyll check on it. Im sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting and it just never ends! After 30 minutes and the customers order being nowhere in sight i finally said i cant do this anymore and left. The opportunity cost of this horrible establishment not knowing how to make food and serve it to people was horrendous. This restaurant single handedly ruined my money for the entire night. And i was not the only one. Other delivery drivers there too waited and waited and waited then finally left after getting nothing. Not just drivers, but people sitting at tablea too! People were getting up and leaving because there food was just neveur getting to them. I heard one lady say “i finally got my sandwich, but they dont even have my salad ready and I cant wait anymore, so im just gonna leave without it”. Absolutelty ridiculous. In my three years of driving ive only ever encounteres one other resraurant that is as incompetent as this place. Read moreSuper disappointed with my last visit. I have lunch meetings here all the time and have never been so frustrated. Today I went in and ordered to-go, but instead of being treated like a customer who would come in and sit down to eat, I joined the list of folks with all the online orders. I waited over 10 minutes before asking the status of my meal. I went up to the gentleman at the counter and asked how much longer it would be. He said he had a lot of to-go orders but they were working on it. I told him I had waited 15 minutes, and instead of being understanding, he looked at my ticket and corrected me that I had only waited 10. I could not believe how rude this was. As I sat, I also watched delivery pickup people come in, be told their order was a few more minutes and then be offered a free drink while they waited. I am honestly shocked at the poor customer service and method of priority in which patrons get their food. I will be taking my money and lunch meetings elsewhere.
