Western & Southern Life — Local services in Gilbert

I called Western & Southern Life Insurance today, in hopes of finding some information about a 35 year old policy. I am not a client of this company. Marie Ballard of their company called me back and with me having only an old address, pulled up the policy and gave me what information she was allowed to give. Unbelievable the things my family and I have been doing trying to get death claim processed.
