I have had nothing but amazing experiences with Olive Ave! I picked out my engagement ring back in 2021 with Olive Ave and let my husband choose the size of the diamond. When he received the ring, he felt the stone was too small and reached out to their customer service and was able to return the ring and upgrade it to the larger size stone. Olive Ave was so helpful to him and shipped out the new ring immediately so he had it in time to propose! Fast forward a few months before the wedding and I noticed that my center stone was slightly askew, I must've caught it on something or hit it. I reached out to their customer service and they sent me a form to fill out regarding the issue and told me to mail my ring to their headquarters where they would fix it for free! The ring came back absolutely perfect and they even polished it for me so it was sparkling for the wedding! They were truly so so helpful and kind through every interaction. I did two wedding bands for my stack from Olive Ave as well and unfortunately noticed a few months ago that one of my stones on my band was missing. I reached out again to customer service where I talked to Salem who helped me get this fixed as well! She said that with this particular band, they have had issues with the stones falling out due to the stones not sitting deep enough in the setting. With this issue being common on this band, Salem said that I could send the band back to them where they would take all of my stones out, replace the missing one, AND put the stones into the updated setting where the stones sit deeper so they don't fall out, all for free. I was happy to send everything to them and it only took maybe a month to get my new band back! I am just completely blown away by the customer service and how amazing they treat their customers. I even asked Salem about how to clean my ring at home and she gave me suggestions on cleaning it at home but also said if I sent my whole stack to them they would clean and polish it for me anytime! I've been in the bridal industry for 8 years now so I've seen a ton a good and bad customer service, but I recommend Olive Ave to everyone! I am so impressed with every interaction I've had with them and cannot say enough good things about their team! I was so intimidated starting this process, I’ve never even shopped at a jewelry store and I had zero idea what I was doing. I had an idea of what I wanted, but no idea how to execute it. Had I known this process would be so easy, I would’ve started the process long before I did! Salem was so gracious with my never ending questions, my cluelessness, and I wouldn’t have been able to do this without her. My hand was held throughout this entire process. The responses were always quick, even with the 3 hour time difference between us. No question went unanswered. If we ran into an issue, it was solved before I even knew an issue had occurred! This whole process was so incredibly smooth because the communication was SO excellent by every team member I worked with. Our custom designed rings are beautiful, absolutely perfect in every way. The engraving on my partner’s wedding band was everything I wanted it to be. My emerald engagement ring is the most gorgeous thing I’ve ever seen. The craftsmanship is stunning. I am amazed.

Read moreUPDATE (6/19): Rebecca, Customer Experience Manager, contacted me almost immediately after I left my review. She offered a solution right away. They created a new setting for my ring and had me ship my original ring back to them so they could set my center stone into the new setting. The entire process was very smooth and timely. Everything seems to be nice and secure now. I am very pleased with the thorough communication that came from Rebecca and their willingness to go above and beyond to resolve this issue for me!
First and foremost, I love the design of my ring, the stones and the sparkle. It is truly mesmerizing. What's keeping me from leaving a 5 star review is the craftsmanship of my ring.
Within 4 months of wearing my ring (and being very careful with it), I've had to have several prong repairs. I contacted Olive Ave and they were helpful, offering to repair the prongs right away but I did elect to have the repairs done at a trusted local jeweler as I was nervous about shipping it. The local jeweler that did the repair informed me that their opinion was that Olive Ave's goldsmith did not set the stone properly and the prongs were also not as secure as they should have been. As a result, I've had to go a few weeks without my ring which has been disheartening as I love it so much and want to always have it on my finger!
This review is not to say that you shouldn't purchase from Olive Ave. If you are buying online, you may want to have it looked at by your trusted local jeweler. I am of the opinion that within a few months of having a piece of jewelry that you have made a monetary investment in, you should not experience any craftsmanship issues and have to send it back. I hope that Olive Ave tightens up their quality assurance process so that their customers can feel confident that the product they receive will hold up against the test of time from the moment...
