My girlfriend and I came to this store while passing through we had been driving 2 hours and decided we should check this place out see if they had anything we like and also we had to use the bathroom. My girlfriend was able to use the bathroom while I was picking things to buy and she let me know that if I asked an employee they would let me use it so I went to the fitting room area where I saw a blonde lady with a mask hanging some clothing on a rack and I asked her nicely " hello do you have bathroom I can use? " She looked at me like I was bothering her and told me yes we do but they are for emergency only and before I could even say anything she raised her voice a bit and said " and I have to go" then she took off with the rack cart thing and that was that. I mean she could have been a little bit more polite about that and also how does she know I don't have an emergency. Iean my girlfriend used it no problem. Anyways after letting my girlfriend know she went up to another lady who worked there who was very polite and nice enough to radio someone to open the door but I was just kind of upset in my head that I told the lady that it was okay that i could hold it even with my girlfriend trying to pressure me to just use the bathroom lol I was being petty and didn't even want to have to deal with that other lady being the one who had to come back and open the door while giving me a stank eye. I ended up buying some things and on the way out the nice lady who worked there asked me if I was sure I didn't want to use the bathroom and I said no thank you she even asked a third time lol but me being stubborn I just couldn't do it. I'd rather hold my pee then have to run into that other lady. Anyways I'm given the store a 3 star just for the nice lady if it wasn't for that ide be giving a one star. Right now while finishing this review up I'm currently in the parking lot still and as soon as I'm done I'm heading to another...

Place looks like it’s been open for years! Nasty unorganized! The Caucasian woman in the fitting rooms 11AM 11/23 was extremely obnoxious way under paid and already bitter being this store recently opened. My nephew and I both had to use the restroom he’s 5 . She immediately in a very defensive and rude tone said “ its corporate policy “ I said please can we use it it’s an emergency ? She would not budge . Ok I get the fact there are “policies” but I don’t get her rude and defensive...

First of all the front cashier named Paula give a you a stank face not even smiling like she don’t want to work there which I understand since it’s dd’s but she talks more then she works. she needs to change her tone instead of lady use ma’am and my Freind asked her for a bag but she didn’t hear it and started talking back saying I asked you for a bag you said no this happed two times. Tone is not ok especially towards people who have a hard time speaking English she judges...
