Watch out for your returns. My first and only experience with this Kohlâs location. I had TWO returns. One I had printed a shipping label for myself. The second one I followed the Kohlâs return process by showing them the bar code. I was assured I could return both items by the sales rep. The item that had printed the label myself was an item that was electronic gadget and the other something not that exciting (letâs just say). Long story short only ONE item made it back it back to Amazon.
Guess which one? You guessed it: the boring item. The nicer and more expensive item was MIA (two months later still missing- tracking number has yet to show any movement). I called the manager to find out they donât accept returns that have shipping labels. I should have known something was suspicious when he didnât offer my receipt for both items. Only the boring return.
So the salesman kindly helped HIMSELF to my expensive gadget that had the shipping label I had printed.
The manager told me he should not have accepted the return that I printing the shipping label on. Since he never had the proper code to scan for the return on the expensive return it couldnât be tracked. Good one guy. Good one! They are investing it supposedly but Iâll never trust that store again. I wish people were more honest. That was my first return experience with Kohlâs and my last. I hope he has fun and it was worth it if anything happens. If Kohlâs donât do anything karma will. No bad deed will go...
   Read moreI applied to the new Sephora opening up inside of kohlâs, had an interview scheduled then I get called the day of and they tell me the store manager is not there to interview me. Then they tell me to go online to reschedule, there is no option to reschedule so I call back and they tell me the lead at Sephora isnât there to schedule me so they tell me someone will be in touch. I waited 2 days never got a call. I called back 6 times, once for the next 6 days. Each time they took my name and number and told me someone would call me the next day, no one EVER did. I called again 4 days ago and was able to schedule an interview for the 7TH. Yesterday i called to ask what time my interview was for bc I forgot and never received a confirmation email. After an hour on hold i get connected to the store manager, CHRIS, who tells me my interview was on the 2ND and i was a no call no show. She was so rude. I told her I was scheduled for the 7th but never got a confirmation email. She then asked âHow do you know youâre interview was for the 7th if you never got an emailâ in the most condescending tone. I said âbecause i called and spoke to one of your associates.â I expressed how tough it was to actually get connected to someone and get my interview rescheduled and she NEVER apologized once, none of the employees did at anytime that I had called and told them the situation when trying to reschedule.    Read moreIm not a big fan of Kohls as every department is only half stocked and as of the last time I was in there they had carry baskets and mesh bags to haul your merchandise in. Badly done!. A high end store can get away with that as they usually have very attentive staff that come and take any selections back to the counter area or start a dressing room for you. I looked online to see whether they stocked Corningware. Yes they did and it showed the exact bowl I needed to replace. I made a special trip to go and pick it up and when I got into the store what they had were 3 sets if dishes. That's it. Made me think they wouldn't be there long. What they do have is a huge amount of clothing! Some brand names most not.
