The customer service in this place leaves alot to be desired.

I sent my girlfriend in to return a defective leaf blower that clearly had 2 year warranty on the box. I had only had this unit a few months.

I had called the store prior to sending her to the store. A woman with a smokers voice mentioned:

"sure, no problem, bring it back we will exchange it, this had happened before with this model, infact just this morning..."

So, I was like cool. I like to prep my woman for errands like this, just so she has an easy time.

Upon arrival, she asked for help. She was there for me, and needed assistance with the exchange.

She immediately received the "you don't know what your talking about" from one of the female employees.

This immediately escaladed into a sarcastic fire of comments from the employee, and then the manager ....

My girlfriend was in a panic from this, and called me.

I called the store, which then I received more bs. The woman I spoke to, clearly was not there, or was in hiding.

In the end, the exchange was FINALLY made, but not before a massive load of unprofessional, sarcastic behavior not expected from that of a large...

Look, I remember secret shoppers. The anonymous assassin's sniping you when you don't know you are at war. I go in with a BIG RED NOSE! I STRESS TEST. In hazmat oil field ops, passing an audit is easy. You know when they are coming. I am easily dismissed as a crank weirdo, OR folks play. They have fun they don't take themselves seriously which is a sign of much hidden. I went above and beyond on this one. Just as someone felt comfortable, were they? Do they do customer service or actually enjoy other people. This was my second fly in. 4 stars thus far. Any manager who has questions, contact me. This is one of my joys. Operations. Safety. Fun. Two torpedoes and only one employer on the first foray dismissed and disregarded me. The loaded smiles on the forklift were good! The engagement. The lack of 'this guy is whack!'. Bravo! Five stars? 0 stars for tractor supply in gilroy and 0 stars for tractor supply corparate offices. I purchased a trailer in march 2020. I dealt directly with the manager Albert. Seemed like a nice guy during the sale. Waited for three months for title, registration and license plate. Called him and he said dmv was behind due to covid. I called dmv and they said they were not behind and no paper work was never sent in. I called albert and corporate many, many times only to never get at least a phone call back. This is still not resolved. I have a 1400 trailer I cant legally tow or even sell. Albert and tractor supply has all been a nightmare to deal with. I will never make another purchase with them. Good luck to anyone doing buisiness there.
