Do not go to the Copy and Print Center. Yes, about 2 years ago their Copy Center used to be the premier place to go, however management has gone far below downhill. I went in to get a spiral bind done and saw a sign saying that the employee was out to lunch. So I went to ask a cashier for help and she explained that she could do it for me, but she had to ask permission to see if she could. Keep in mind there was no one in line and there was another cashier to cover the front. But then the Ops manager came out and told me she could help and as we walked back to the Copy Center I told her what I needed. She looked at me and told me she didn't know how to do it and that I had to wait until 5:15PM (I was there at 4:36). I had previously worked in the Copy Center of this same store and we never left the department closed. Or at least the managers were trained to do basic jobs. I left furious. The spoke to Marian, the store manager. She told me that I could come back and they could put me into the system and if I wanted the job done within the next hour I would have to pay a rush fee which would be 15% additional to the charge of the bind. She said she couldn't help me and that whatever I needed printed would have to be typed out already. I know that the copy and print lady could've helped me make something because I've had it done here before and I've seen them do something like this with other customers before. She couldn't even help me type up something that would've taken her maybe less than 5 minutes. There were no customers and she just showed me the worst customer service I've received in a while. Read moreI came here after work to make a copy and buy a pack of pens, so I walked up to this girl with braided pigtails and a Charlie Brown sweater and asked for what I wanted and she pointed me to self service printing and I told her I didn't know how to do that I need help and she told me go start the process and then come ask for help when you get to the steps. So I did and then look back and she was helping another customer when I needed help. So I just walked out and left the pens. I went to Target after for my pens and my local printing shop postal graphics in Hollister.
