Really bad experience “they sold me a bad treadmill” And when I returned the machine they tried to give me gift cards Instead of my money, it took them 2 weeks for delivery, and they never pick it up I had to return it my self , way to go dick’s sporting goods
The guy who has helping me out he tried selling me a different treadmill from the one i wanted And he had me waiting 40 min while he look for it on the back, Then he comes back, and told me were sold out of that machine, but we do have the one that you wanted
When were doing the paper work , he had 3 people helping him out. It seems that nobody trust nobody or the guy was just hire the same day, i only ask 1 question, does the machine have warranty with the store, and. He did not know. And when i check on the receipt it said 90 days warranty with the store
It took 2 week for them to deliver, and the guys who delivered it, they knew it was a broken machine And because they didn’t want to take it back, they made up a lie saying; all you have to do is Register online and its going to start working, it was 4 o clock and they just wanted to go home What a lazy staff , they should change jobs
And then i call the store to tell them about the broken treadmill And the manager offer me to talk to a technician, then i told him i want my money back Then he said yes, but we need the machine here in the store 3 weeks i waited and they never came to pick it up I ended up hiring some guys to help me return the treadmill, Wich they charge me $200 thank you Dick’s sporting goods for making me lose money
And when i was at the store to return the treadmill , instead of cash or card ..they offer me gift cards If i was willing to accept instead of the money, and i said no So they had to give me the money back on my card with a sad face
Thank you dick’s sporting goods ,for wasting my time, i will be back And i will recommend this...
Read moreHuge store one of the largest sporting goods stores I've ever been in with a very large selection of merchandise.
The parking lot was a little confusing you have to park in the Galleria parking lot and walk across the bridge through the mall even though there is a street entrance on Broadway.
I bought an elliptical trainer online and chose store pickup. I've never been to this location before which turned out to be a little confusing as it is in a mall and has a stand-alone Street entrance. Regardless, the process was incredibly easy and the store employees were super helpful especially since the elliptical weighed 247 pounds and barely fit in my Explorer...four of them help me load it.
If you are buying a large item and picking it up at the store like I did, know that the loading dock is underneath the bridge from Macy's on Central Avenue, which actually turned out to be...
Read moreMario in the shoe department worst customer service I've have ever received was too busy talking to his friends. I asked him for a pair of cleats for my son he said sure and then left me standing there for ten minutes and I see him chatting it up with his friends again when I ask him hows it going with the shoes he strait up lies and goes she didn't get them for you. Pathetic work ethic who passes off work to someone else when they are doing nothing. I also told the cashier about it the cashier CJ gave a very professional shout out to the team to help customers and work together to get the store closes on time and you can hear Mario snapping back through the ear piece saying chill out bro. Sorry CJ you couldn't save the store from...
