Massis Kabob The Original Kabobery — Restaurant in Glendale

I ordered through online. My order number was 650. I told my name and order number to the girl who was packing also showed her my online order screen directly from phone.

I was waiting and saw number after 650 started to pick up their orders. So I asked her three times when will my order be ready. Every time I asked her she seemed annoyed and said it's gonna be ready soon without even actually checking for my order. I waited more than 30 minutes and order number 660 was picking up their orders. I asked another worker and she found my order which was already packed a long time ago. First girl who told me to wait three times heard everything but didn't say sorry and avoided eye contact with me.

I know it was busy but if customer asked three times about their order go check for the order instead of avoiding situations by saying it will be ready soon. And please learn to say sorry when you make mistakes to customers. The worst customer...

I drove one hour or more just to buy my favorite Trout fish on the menu, I think the most expensive simple order in the menu. At Glendale Galleria every time we go to L.A. But I was so frustrated yesterday that it was NOT the same taste...the rice which I like is not the same Buttered Basmati rice it has no aroma and no taste of basmati rice at all!!! The fish, the TROUT, my favorite is not cooked the way it was, it doesn't taste grilled and it's not shiny (no butter) and not aromatic like it was originally. (Please remove some of the bones, it has too much). It seems it was PREPARED IN A HURRY. I've been an avid customer for years and years now...I hope you will cook or prepare the same way as it was before...please don't change your original...

These people have not only bad service but also bad ‘Halal Menu’ food!!! Their portions of food is getting smaller but the price is going higher. I tried this place before and it was all good before. But now they lost the touch.

The manager was very rude when I told him there was too much salt in the meat. I couldn’t eat it. I even took a sample (untouched) for him to try. He throws it to the trash and never returned my money.

I love kabab and I tried the kabab place all halal “Meditterranian Delight” across the street and OMG!! Only if people knew about this place.. they have all halal and healthy meats. 4 times better in food portions and taste.
