I’m only giving 2 stars because the cooks were so nice and almost made up for the issues. The truth is you need to pay more attention to cleanliness and customer service. The cashier clearly did not want to be there. You either are understaffed or need to have a talk with the young woman at the register. I asked for a large coke, and two bowls. I watched as she scratched off left over food off a plate put it on a tray then with the same rag she wiped the counter with dried that same plate being given to me. I asked if I could please get another plate, I didn’t want to say it out loud in front of customers and embarrass her, that’s a conversation for management. She insisted that all plates were the same and wanted to give me the same plate. To say she game me attitude was mild, but I’ll leave it at that and asked to get 2 wet plates and wiped them down myself. First the wiping of plates should be done in the back not in front of customers, should not use the same rag being used on the counter. Food can taste amazing but if the place is not clean and the moment you come up to the register you can see the person taking your money is clearly not happy to see you I will...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this Mongolian restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. The ambiance is a perfect blend of modern sophistication and Mongolian heritage. The elegant interior design and soothing background music create an atmosphere that's both upscale and comfortable. The service deserves special mention. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like honored guests. The staff was polite, well-informed, and always ready to assist. They made fantastic recommendations, ensuring we sampled the best of Mongolian cuisine. Their attention to detail and prompt service elevated our dining experience. Now, onto the food - it was a gastronomic journey through Mongolia's rich culinary traditions. The dishes were beautifully presented, and the flavors were nothing short of sensational. The Mongolian hot pot was a highlight; the broth was rich and flavorful, and the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. Don't miss the dumplings - they're a true delight! In summary, this restaurant is a hidden gem that offers a sublime fusion of ambiance, service, and cuisine. Whether you're a connoisseur of Mongolian food or a curious foodie, this place is...
Read moreLike everywhere, prices have gone up. I paid $16.95 for a bowl and a drink. Crazy for a mall food court. That said, I enjoy Mongolian wok cooking. I've never tried Gengis Khan. I was surprised how good it was. You get to fill your medium sized bowl with meats and veggies. At the end, they will add the noodles, or you can substitute with a rather small container of rice. They cook it while you wait, and in a few minutes you have a custom made stir fry. They season it per your preferences. It was very good. I'd go back again often if it wasn't so expensive. A two entre choice from Panda Express, across from Gengis Khan was $9.30. Choices at this Panda did not look very appetizing, that's how we ended up at Genghis Khan. We...
