i ordered a romper from this company and didn't realize i had ordered the wrong size. I immediately reached out to the shop via email and by phone.Vanessa at the store was super helpful. She answered all my questions and sent out another dress so i can receive in a timely fashion for an event that was only days away. I sent back the romper they had initially sent me and it was a fast and seamless process.

The only reason I’m giving two stars it’s because the clothes are cute but definitely this location is one of the WORST retail stores I’ve ever been. The employees are rude no one ever helps you kind of figure it out on your own even if the clothes are hanging on places you can’t reach. There’s always boxes all over the place and many garments are dirty or defected. Not sure if sizes are just limited on store or I don’t know if employees don’t want to look for them. I’d recommend buying online or going to another location instead...
