They’re always out of stuff and the employees are insanely stressed by management. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because I generally experience great service from the employees despite their obvious challenges, but if I could give zero stars just for the GM, I would.
I come in around 2-4am somewhat often and, while the cashiers are always nice and helpful, I can tell they’re always stressed as f. Come to find out, their GM YELLS at them about the drive-thru times and sometimes calls to wake them up before noon to discuss it after they’ve left at 5am. He’s also obviously in charge of ordering their ingredients and other necessities so it’s HIS fault they never have what they need to make most of the food items. He’s the manager so it’s his job. This idiocy actually causes the lines to be delayed, as they often have to wait until the customer is at the window to ask what they’d like to substitute. So basically, it’s his fault the lines are backed up but he’s yelling at employees? 🚩
To Mr. Over-the-top manager: you’re losing business and it’s no one’s fault but your own. Treat your employees better and get your ordering ish together or else go back to your desk. Promote someone who actually WORKS there and knows what is needed to do the ordering/people managing because a) you consistently suck at ordering and b) your leadership skills are atrocious.
Btw: no, I didn’t go there this morning. I went to an actual mexican food place that is open 24hours that is 15 min out of my way. I’d literally rather go out of my way and pay more for my food than deal with waiting 10 minutes in line, seeing the employees freaking out because they don’t have black beans for my substitution or the right size tortillas for stuff or they’re out of lettuce AND STILL NOT GETTING ANY FOOD BECAUSE THEY LITERALLY CANNOT MAKE ONE OF THEIR MOST POPULAR MENU ITEMS. Again, Mr manager, get...
Read moreWorst experience at a fast food drive thru just right now. The girl working there is completely incompetent, she asked me 3 times what I wanted after I told her each time. Then she called another guy to take the same order. Then she had another worker come and ask me the same thing, I didn't mind, I told him as well. I drove up to the window, she gives me the wrong drink. Later on in the night when I arrived, I noticed that there is hardly any cheese on the tacos, and I did ask for extra cheese and sauce, And payed 1.25 for extra cheese. No extra sauce either. So I call the number on google to tell the manager to retrain the staff and nobody picked up the phone, instead a heap and "leave a message". I will never go back to place again, worst staff, can't even get a simple order right, the girl and the fat guy at the drive thru...
Read moreBeen coming to this location off & on for many years and had an urge for a late night meal.
PROS: The food was hot, fresh, delicious, and overflowing with ingredients like all Taco Bell locations SHOULD BE serving their food. Oh and they have Nacho Fries. Yummm!
CONS: They want you to order via those new fangled touchscreen kiosks ONLY. While customizing my order is nice, it takes most people an extra 5 or 10min to properly place their order. Not to mention waiting for the food to arrive as drive thru and online orders are prioritized above dine in.
While antisocial and awkward Gen Z'ers may love the whole contact less ordering thing, I have a feeling everyone else prefers a qualified and expert employee to properly take their orders with skill and ease.
Please, find a happy balance to keep everyone satisfied and...
