To be forced to give a star in order to write a review is ridiculous. Ashley does not even deserve the 1 star rating due to the experiences I have been having with them since September 2024. We got a new table that was beautiful and just put on the floors (as we were told) and of course we got the warranty protection plan with it through Regarrd. Within a short time we started seeing peeling marks on the table (itâs wood and was supposed to have a protective layering on it to avoid these from happening, we recently found out it was torn off during delivery) we called it in to be repaired and first we were told that we didnât buy the warranty plan and we had to argue with both Ashley and Regarrd even with proof on the receipt showing that we spent the additional $200 for the warranty, They finally said that they would send somebody out who never showed, We called them back and were told that we had to make a new case number for the claim to then be told that they donât cover the area of Surprise, Arizona which was then later discovered not true. Being under the impression that they donât cover Surprise, we called Ashley back Who then sent out a technician to come look at our table who seemed very knowledgeable and honest, He kept having to make phone calls to his boss to see what he can do once again we were told there was nothing that they could do it would have to go through regard under the warranty claim. Again, between having to call Ashley and regard and having to make several new case claims, We found out that the technician that came out from Ashley wrote down in the notes that somebody had spilt nail polish remover all over the table, which was never said nor true which then voided our warranty. Then another Ashley employee told us that they no longer even carry the table, which is why they were refusing to replace the table. After MONTHS of dealing with this, we have spoke to several managers, corporate office, and finally filed a case with the BBB. Finally, as an end result to that situation, we were able to get a store credit and then it turned out that they did have the base and table top so they were going to send somebody out to deliver a replacement as long as we retracted our BBB claim. Once we received the store credit of only $900 out of the $2000 that we spent on the table We were told we only had until December 2 of 2024 to use the credit and On December 24 of 2024 we will receive the table top and base. Never happened due to a âmix up in their system so it was rescheduled for another dateâ. On December 2 of 2024 we purchased a fireplace with a TV stand that was put on hold because we were in between moving and getting ready to have a new baby. It is now April 4, 2025, I have been trying since February to receive these items. We finally moved into our new home, getting settled so I called Ashley back to see if I could get the deliveries sooner and it was set to be delivered today, April 4th. Tuesday April 1st I confirmed the delivery for today April 4th with Ashley and they told me I would receive a call for time frame on Thursday April 3rd, and I have not received any calls. Iâve tried calling the store several times and no answer. Today alone Iâve call 15 times and no answers, I had to speak to a 3rd party customer service representative who told me I was not able to speak to a manager, they couldnât transfer me to any corporate office or store managers, and he doesnât know what exactly happened but âthe delivery is not possible to happen today any longer.â He moved the delivery date to April 10th and suggested I continued calling the store. So I did several more times and NO ANSWER. I am beyond pissed off at this point I called my husband and he was able to get a hold of someone from the store FINALLY who then told my husband âthere was a mix up in our system we will have to reschedule the delivery for the next available day which is April 10th. This is probably the worst experience I have ever encountered with ANY store and I will never recommend Ashley...

Today, my dog had a freak accident and peed on my couch. I called to put on a claim to have someone come out and clean it professionally as we all know pet urine is something you just scrub by hand and allow time for it to settle and dry INTO the padding. Im paying for this warranty and was told that first they'd have to send out a cleaning kit for me to try and do myself and if all fails, THEN they'd send out a professionally to clean it. None of that was ever stated prior to purchasing!! So FRUSTRATING. What is the point of a warranty when we're all capable of cleaning things by hand ? I asked to escalate the call and that id like a cleaner sent out ASAP, as again, this is urine and not something id rather wait DAYS to be done. ON TOP OF THAT, each cushion has removal covers that can be washed.. so they say! But guess what? The padding inside the couch is either glued or sewn onto the actual cover that the cover cannot be taken off and cleaned as told and pictured. Just another way for them to make money. Ill be taken my business to American furniture for now on where I've always got honest and reliable care. You've officially lost a customer who has been nothing but loyal to you but cant recieve the same care in return. I'll be sharing this on public platforms to get the word out so others are protected...
   Read moreMy partner and I were looking for a sofa/couch & comfy chair. Erick a tall friendly associate took care of us. He introduced himself and guided us verbally where to begin looking. The store had various choices, and we found not only our sofa & and chair but a dining table as well. It was an awesome experience. I would have given the experience 5 star. However, after 4 days, I have not heard from the warehouse for delivery yet. I'll update when my experience is complete. We spent almost 3k and look forward to receiving quality products. Ipdate: We purchased 3100 worth of furniture (on the 3rd). We checked during purchase, where we lived (yarnell), if the items were in stock and delivery time. We were told that after the sales associate "checked" this all is well, we would be contacted in a few days by warehouse. I contacted the store (on 7th) advising the store we had not been contacted. I was told the leather sofa was not in stock, huh? Also, a delivery date had been assigned for the 16th. We are out of town on 14, 15 & 16th. I was surprised at then that they couldn't get a reasonable date before. The young woman at the store said she would call me back. She didn't. I called again on the 9th and the associate said they would call back again. On the 10th, The manager (as i had requested) did not call me back but an associate. It seems that where I lived was a factor now, and as far as compensation for the lack of communication & satisfactory result; 100 was offered back (we paid the 300 delivery fee) ALSO because we financed for 60 months ( we put down 675) plus our military discount they couldn't help us further. We are now told the soonest delivery is the 22nd of August. So we remain without a dining area and living room. Bad, bad form on Ashley's part. Being disabled, retired we stuck. Don't like the corner we were put in. My advice, go to a different store. Make sure in writing what the easily say is no issue after checking during purchase, remains no issue after they get paid. I will never recommend this company nor return to them....
