Theresa is one of the best knowledgable, warm-hearted and caring estheticians I ever met or worked with!!! When I met her for the first time I was a "hard case" for her so to speak and not easy to convince. I recently had a bad experience with my skin and the last esthetician; even if I choose my estheticians carefully and thoroughly and do my own research on them or the products(peels)- it happened. In this case it was my missing experience regarding deep peels. After I did the peels I was left with a sensitive thinned out skin and looked like a white mushroom. The esthetician was more than happy with the results she achieved and that I had kind of a porcelain complexion. After that I felt left alone, misunderstood and I was desperate and insecure whom I can trust with my face! I needed someone with good knowledge about skin and also skin care products!! I started research again and at this time because of this bad experience I was more detailed with my research!! Luckily I found Theresa and decided to give her a try. I scheduled for an appointment with her but I also wanted to make sure before she uses any product on my skin she knows what is going on and what happened in the past. So I met her and the two of us had a consultation, booked as an appointment from my side-it lasts over an hour of her time- and she never charged me for this. Like I said in this consultation she took the time, she was listening to me and my concerns, she answered all my questions regarding the effects of the peel and she also told me more detailed about the osmosis products she works with and she would use for my skin issues. I was a hard case at this time and I wanted to make sure I do nothing wrong with my skin, so I drove home and checked the information she gave me I went on the osmosis webpage I checked the products and the ingredients because I never used osmosis products before. My further research and Theresa's knowledge convinced me!! And a couple weeks later(I wanted to give my skin some healing time) I booked a facial with her to make kind of a supportive, recovering treatment using her products. After this facial I also started with the osmosis products I carefully selected with her for my home care regime. What can I say: I am almost 3 month on the osmosis products, every 4 weeks I see Theresa for my facial and the results I see in this short time are amazing!! I am just blown away!!I see sooo much improvement on my skin it is unbelievable!! If I had heard or known about this products before I would have never done a peel!! I will use these products for the rest of my life! I also wanted to mention that every time I do my research about an osmosis product and I am not sure if I should go with this I can ask Theresa and I can trust her she is helping me with her best advice and recommendation and She would never try to sell you all products no matter you need them or not. So she would say to me" you can use this one but I would wait a little bit longer before you start" or if I am in the middle between products, I did research by myself, she would say " I would rather go with this one and you don't need this one". So I always get her best advice for my personal skin condition, I feel in really good hands with her, I can trust her in all my skin concerns and questions. Like I said at the beginning Theresa is one!! of the best and caring estheticians I ever had or met!!! And since my husband is in the military and we move a lot I worked with a lot of estheticians...

After only having one facial and having a bad experience elsewhere, I was referred to Theresa by a friend who saved my skin! I made my appointment easily online and went in for my facial. I explained to Theresa that I had previously had a bad experience and that my skin was somewhat sensitive. Theresa picked the perfect balance of treatments for my facial. She answered all of my questions and concerns and overall I had a great calming experience and left with my skin feeling clean and rejuvenated. The services I usually have done are custom facial and dermaplaning. I highly recommend Theresa and Plumberry. So much so, that I drive over 30 Minutes to get to her each time ! :) I can't wait to try some of the other treatments...

I have had a number of different services with Teresa at Plumberry Skincare, including lash lift and tint with keratin treatment, microblading, and Microcurrent facials. The salon is quite welcoming with tea, coffee and magazines while you wait. Teresa has a lovely and relaxing space and she ensures your comfort. I have been thrilled with all of my services. Her skill is evident and all services are provided patiently and she explains the process thoroughly. I frequently receive compliments on my eyebrows and eyelashes and have referred several friends.
