We bought a sofa and 2 recliners. I looked for quite awhile to find a recliner that was super comfortable. My husband wanted furniture that would last forever and I wanted comfort . I have never cared for leather although I see a lot of beautiful leather in peoples homes. I found a chair that just wrapped around me and I was sold . We chose the same leather that was in the store . After waiting 8 weeks it arrived. They were very dark , I thought it was the wrong color , it turns out we were told it was what we picked out but because its leather it has different dye lots or something like that . It will weather in time and fade . I am very disappointed as I was trying to lighten up colors of that room .It surly will not be light anytime soon. All the pieces felt as if I was sitting on a park bench . Stiff and hard .! I was able to take some of the stuffing out so it’s not as stiff, again in time it will soften up . Still disappointed it did not feel like the chair on the showroom floor that made us buy it . I did have to have a repair man come To the house to fix my chair as does not stay reclined . It has the buttons on the inside of the chair . He told me I was probably hitting them with my leg when I sat in the chair, which I do not and of coarse it did not do it for him so nothing was done . He sat in it and said it was fine . We have had this furniture since December. I need to recline completely back or sit up straight in order for the recline not move forward . No in between. Read moreUsed to be 5 stars but your warranty department will keep me from ever buying another Creative Leather couch. We purchased our second Creative Leather couch a couple of years ago including the 5 year warranty. We were specifically advised that the pet scratch warranty was a benefit that could only be used once within that 5 years. In fact, the advice was to wait as long as possible to get the scratches fixed. I have a cushion that is tearing away from where it is sown to the back of the couch so I thought I would go ahead and have the scratches fixed when the new tear is repaired. There is also bunching of a cushion that had been ongoing since we purchased the couch. I disclosed all three issues on the warranty claim. My entire claim was denied stating I did not disclose the damage within 30 days. The only reason I was submitting the warranty claim was for the torn cushion which was absolutely new damage. The warranty department refused to accept this explanation. Refused to contact me personally. Refused to give me any way to contact them other than the online claim submission. So a completely useless warranty. As mentioned, this was our second Creative Leather couch. The first one was purchased over 20 years ago. Read moreYup!!!! Creative Leather is expensive, but we are so very happy we finally decided to take the plunge and make the purchase. Our journey has been long. We recently remodeled our entire home, including all new furniture. We made the mistake of buying a sofa set from a local popular furniture store, only to be disappointed several months later because of the lack of quality. Frustrated, we started looking at couches again. We made our first visit to Creative Leather. Nothing else compares, quality, warranty, and service are the best. We spent a month going to all the stores shopping, only to find ourselves back at Creative Leather. Chrissy at the Glendale location is our salesperson; she was so helpful and so patient with us. It took multiple visits to pick the right set for our needs, learning about the different grades of leather, picking the right color, customizing each piece as well as learning the entire build process.
