I recently had the pleasure of working with Heather Joyce, to first purchase bedroom furniture, and then to purchase great room furniture.

I will tell you...Heather went above and beyond to make sure I was completely taken care of and satisfied with my purchase and delivery!

I can't remember when I've had such a pleasant experience purchasing furniture. Heather knows the product, and she is a very good and experienced designer. She has wonderful ideas and suggestions. She listened to my situation and needs and very quickly helped provide me with what I needed from purchase to delivery.

Delivery was absolutely wonderful! I was pleasantly surprised to get a two hour window, rather than the typical four hour window.

My delivery window was between 11:00 am and 1:00 pm. On the day of delivery, I received a very pleasant phone call, at 10:30 am, from Juan, the head delivery person. He told me they were about 1/2 hour away. Sure enough, Juan and Felipe arrived right on time!

They were very friendly and respectful to me, my house, and my furniture they were delivering. I told them where I wanted the furniture placed in the room, and that's exactly where they placed it. They made sure the furniture was wiped down, free of finger prints, smudges, dust, etc. They truly seemed to care and wanted to do the best job they could.

I told them I was also looking for a sectional sofa, and because Heather had taken such good care of me with the bedroom furniture and delivery was so fast and efficient, I was going back to Woodbridge.

I did go back! And, with Heather's help, I found a beautiful sectional sofa, the right size and color! Again, Heather provided me with VIP treatment and service.

I asked Heather if she could recommend framed art or whatever that would complement the sectional sofa and my great room. She suggested mirrors! I instantly agreed! With Heather's help, we found a grouping of 3 awesome, beautiful mirrors, that are going to look, quite frankly, really "badass" in my great room with the sectional sofa.

I'm looking forward to Juan and Felipe delivering the great room furniture. I know it will be a good experience.

There are a few other items at Woodbridge I have my eye on...I'm not done shopping yet, I'll be going back!

I totally recommend going to Woodbridge for furniture and decor. They carry very nice, well made furniture and decor from top brand manufacturers. I don't think you will be disappointed!

My daughter and eight year granddaughter were with me when I was shopping for the sofa. When we left, my granddaughter said "I really like Heather, I think she's nice and I like her hats!", aka...

Snobby and extremely judgemental. They wouldn't even let us look around the store. My husband and I walked in looking for a bed and dresser for our daughter. He is a clean-cut military man and was dressed in a Grunt Style T-Shirt. I have tattoos and funky hair, but was nicely dressed in a sundress. When we first walked through the door, no one even acknowledged us. As we walked deeper into the store, we were intercepted by a female associate in her early 60's. She stepped in front of our path, quickly "sized us up," then asked what we were looking for. I explained that we were looking for a bed and dresser for our daughter. She said, "Well, maybe you should tell me your budget then I will tell you if I can help you." I told her our budget. She literally held her hands up in a "halt" position and said, "We're not going to have anything here for you." I looked over her shoulder at the store I would've liked to walk through, getting ideas for our own bedroom in which we plan to spend "that kind of money." She saw me looking into the store and said she was just "saving us time."

She made it very clear with the way she spoke to us and her body language - including blocking our path - that our kind is not welcome in that store. So we left. I do not know what it is about us that makes our money not welcome at Thomasville Furniture. We are perfectly capable of affording the store. Do they not support the military? Do they believe that an artist and author who has tattoos will tarnish their reputation if their desired demographic is walking through their store? Whatever the case may be, they have their wish. We will never step foot in one of their stores again nor order online. If only I had held my Michael Kors bag where she could've easily seen it.

Beware. If you want to shop here and be taken seriously - let alone be allowed to walk through the store - please make sure your look the part or you will be...

My partner and I had been looking for months to find the perfect couch that suited both our needs. After much deliberation, we purchased a Natuzzi sectional. Heather at the Glendale store was awesome to work with. She takes her job very seriously and works so hard to make sure her customers are happy. At the time of purchase tariff’s were just being discussed and there was a lot of uncertainty around imports and increasing prices. The company decided to hold on any increases to their customers, even though their vendors were already starting to call and hike up the prices. I believed that to be quite admirable for a business to try and hold off those impacts to their customer for as long as possible. Due to the couch we purchased, we had a 16- 20 week lead time for it to be built and shipped. Heather continued to monitor the status of our order throughout this time and was sure to give us updates as we waited. Was happy to answer me anytime I followed up as well. Once it had arrived at their warehouse, she notified me immediately so I could call and get on the delivery list ASAP. We had waited the full 20 weeks for it to come in, and she knew we wanted it as soon as we could get it. She messaged us on the day of delivery and asked that we text her once it arrived to ensure everything was ok. The couch is beautiful and very comfortable. Minus a few little things that we’ll be addressing with Natuzzi directly, we are so happy with our purchase and happy that we went to Woodbridge.
