This location continues to be a disappointment in customer service. One would think, the attitude of one or more staff members, depending on the visit, would eventually clean up. Not this place, I purposely avoid this store, but was asked to pick up dinner on 06-14-22,

My last visit before this episode was in March, 2022, where they were inconvenienced by myself not having my two entrees selected, before they dished up the chow mien. I'm sorry, usually I don't have a problem in this area, but what was presented on the line was less than desirable.

I chose to wait till new entrees were made. Obviously, They had no intention of freshening up the line. I won out eventually, and you should have seen them flinch when I asked for fresh Chow Mein in my to go container as the package sat on their counter 10 minutes before other entrees were made.

This time, the cashier interrupted the young man trying to serve up my two entrée plate, and wanted me to tell her any sides I may want. Her impatience continued thru the payment process, and then suffered heighten anxiety, being soooo inconvenienced that I asked for soy sauce packets. I don't know why I subject myself to...

Theresa was super welcoming and seemed grateful that we stopped by. This time coming around, there was plenty of fresh hot food to choose from. I was shocked to see the general manager work this late (8:42pm). I let her know my experience and she was very apologetic and quick to get to the bottom of the issue. Assured me that It will not happen again and I definitely believe her. I decided to edit this post instead of removing it for GM’s future reference If needed.

I came to this Panda Express at 8:20 PM, well before their closing time, and was extremely disappointed. There were only a couple of entrĂ©es available, and the staff had already started closing up the store early. When I asked how long it would take to prepare black pepper chicken, I was told it would be 35 minutes! I had already driven here and was starving, so I reluctantly chose something I don’t even like that much just to avoid leaving empty-handed.

If they’re open until a certain time, they should be fully stocked with food until then. This felt like a half-hearted operation, and it was clear they were prioritizing their convenience over customer service. I won’t be coming back to...

My boyfriend and I frequent panda weekly as it's one of our favorite places to eat out at. However tonights meal for both of us was pretty disappointing to say the least. We both opened our take out Boxes and I've never seen them so skimpy. There's like hardly any fried rice and my man barely had any chow mein. The Mandarin chicken was way over cooked and pretty black. Luckily my man switched me so I didn't have to eat it. I called into the store to make them aware of the skimpy portions so that the manager supervising can make sure the staff is scooping out the proper amount per plate. I use to manage a restaurant and protocol for us was to correct the issue not only with staff but to also make our customers happy so that they come back. I got a very simple "okay I will make sure they are giving the correct amount alright, thank you!" Then she hung up. Ummm okay... not that Im in there for free food considering my boyfriend and I each purchase the bigger plate, I'm just really hoping they get some extra training on what Quality Customer Service is and how to conduct themselves with this skill for...

I’ve had nothing but awful service at this location, but since it’s the closest I’ve dealt with it. Tonight, I went at 9:15pm, a full 45 minutes before closing, and they had nothing but noodles and were shutting down shop - gossiping with friends, and fixing plates for themselves. When I asked why they had nothing available, they said they were slow (?) despite having 14 guests in the lobby, including myself. I asked why they had plates for themselves but no food for customers, and the lady just threw her arms up. This is not how you run a business. I understand wanting to clean up, as I’ve worked years in the restaurant business, but she also tried to claim they closed at 9:30 (despite it not being 9:30 yet) and when I showed her the website stating they closed at 10 and asked why their doors were still open and the lobby was filled with people, she had no answer. Plain-and-simple: They’d rather chit-chat and get out early than work; and I hope whomever runs this location sees this because you’re losing money with stuff like this being allowed.
