First and foremost I want to say Thank You to all the people in this facility. My biggest fear is the dentist dues to bad experiences as a child, and I can honestly say that fear has diminished greatly after my visit to CCC. I’m a truck drivers from Florida , it was the day before thanksgiving and I was passing through Oklahoma on my way to Texas. I was dealing with a chipped Molar and parts of the Molar were breaking off. I called several dentists and no one was answering... until I called Complete Cosmetic Care Dentistry. I explained my situation to the staff over the phone and I explained to them that I needed my Molar checked ASAP before I continued on my trip. They welcomed me with open arms, I parked my Semi Truck across their office in a field and walked into their facility. They took X-Rays, assessed my situation and determined that the best thing to do was to have the Molar extracted. They applied two different anesthesia’s and began the process, I was sweating bullets and my nerves were through the roof. The Doctor proceeded to extract the Molar and was conversing with me about my hometown and just making conversation with me to somewhat distract me to calm my nerves, shortly after he props me up, shakes my hand and tells me to have a Happy Thanksgiving and to have a safe trip... I asked him if the procedure was already done and he said “yes we’re all done” I was in shock, my mind was blown, I couldn’t believe that he extracted the Molar without me noticing, I swear on everything that I didn’t feel a single thing. I was extremely impressed with how the procedure went, from the moment I called to the moment the Molar was extracted. Everyone there is super friendly and nice. I live in Miami, Florida and I promise that I will book a flight to come back to this dentist in order to take care of the rest of my cavities. I’m willing to fly to Oklahoma from Miami Florida just because of how well everyone in this facility treated me and how professional they are. I was looking for another dentist for my son and my husband happened to go to this particular dentist, and I was worried because my son needs a lot of work on his teeth, so we got an appointment for my son to go get his teeth done, the first couple times I didn't go but I was on the phone making him appointments, so when I did go with my son, as I walked in and this wonderful lady named Dana welcome me with open arms, and as I got around to meeting everybody at the front desk you will meet Sarah Michelle Dana Ricky Brooke and Lauren, ceg'on these ladies are the most kind humble beautiful ladies you would ever want to meet they make you feel like family, and as I got to meet Dr Mohanna this doctor is a Godsend, he is the most humbling kind doctor you would ever want to meet and working on your mouth, my son needed a lot of work on his front teeth and that the age of Seventeen when your teeth doesn't look right your confidence gets so low even though he plays basketball, baseball he didn't like to smile alot even though his smile was beautiful when I saw how bright how clean all that stuff was gone I cried because his teeth were Amazing his smile was beautiful, they did an absolutely wonderful job and now I know my son's confidence has shot through the roof because of these ladies and doctor Mohanna, so when you come in to this office their faces were greet you, their smiles were greet you they are so kind and most humble and most of all they care about you! and they make you feel like family! If I could rate this office I will give them 20 Stars, I appreciate the ladies that work there and Dr.. Mohanan are truly a blessing to me and my family, thank you Ladies and dr. I have been to several dentists over the years and I really didn't like going because it was always painful and I felt like I didn't really have any options as to what I had done. I was introduced through work to Complete Cosmetic Care Dentistry. I met with just about all the staff and every one of them treated me with nothing but kindness and expertise. I had many x-rays taken and met personally with Dr. Mohanna to discuss my options. He was very clear as to what our plan needed to be but gave me the option to make an informed decision. Michele took the time to explain what we needed to do and gave me a cost estimate for the procedure. She was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything carefully. I set and appointment with Dana and Keko and decided to get started. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by almost everyone. Rickie took me back to prep for the procedure and was very kind. Brooke was a delight as she took pictures and got me ready. Dr. Georgy performed the procedure and was extremely pleasant and helpful at explaining things to me making me feel more comfortable. Needless to say, I was not in pain like I had been at previous dentists and felt good about having this procedure done. Dr. Mohanna and Dr, Georgy, you have an excellent staff that is very friendly and helpful. I know I have probably missed someone on the staff but it is not intentional. Liz also assisted me with x-rays and was extremely pleasant. The entire visit was very pleasant and I have absolutely no problem recommending the people to anyone that asks me. Thank you to all.
