It is way too hard to try to place a order online with them. If you try to modify anything their system wants to charge you. If you try to redeem any of your points you have to place the order online, you can't with the store and a lot of the toppings are not available or the specialty sauces online. Or the current specials they are offering at the time. I spent over an hour tonight trying to work with their call center to place an order & after they couldn't get the options to work that should have been very easy. I was treated rudely & talked to very demeaning when the rep got frustrated too. I hung up & called back for a supervisor to file a complaint on their online ordering & because of the rep that treated me badly. I finally had to order something else completely because they couldn't place my simple order either. Then after I placed the order online I called the store to change the dipping sauces to something other than the garlic butter like we have always done because you can't do it online. The store told me if I change the dipping sauce from garlic butter to something else it will be .50cents a apiece?? I asked why because they have always exchanged them to something different no charge in the past? He said to cut costs they started charging the first of the year. How are they incurring extra charges by exchanging it? Well they have defintely lost me as a customer!!! They are too hard to deal with & want to gouge you anyway they can. And for what you get, It just isn't worth it!!!!! I guess they won't incur any extra charges when no one wants to do business with them!! I order a medium original with a 2 liter bottle of Pepsi offered as an update by the live attendant at the call center. When driver arrived (very nice & professional) he gave me the pizza gave him a $5 tip and as he was walking away, I said oh my Pepsi. He went back to his car came back up with a receipt saying there was no Pepsi on the order. I know he had nothing to do with so I called the store manager he said his name was Daniel. Read moreOne of the most terrible experience from a Pizza Chain Restaurant. I ordered 15 pizzas for a church meeting scheduled to deliver at 8:30pm. They took my credit card number and confirmed they would deliver at 8:30pm. I dont see them till 8:35pm and when I called, the guy is saying we dont have any drivers so once the drivers come, shud be there within 20 minutes. I said ok and called them again after 8:50pm and got the same reply as if they are giving the pizza for free. The guy who took my call was talking as if I am begging pizza from him..I would never order from the Glenpool Papa Johns pizza store again and would not recommend to anyone else.
