The worst experience of my life as far as takeout! Just WOW wasted literally our TIME, MONEY, AND Mental Health after this 2 hours ordeal! NO ATTEMPT to EXPLAIN or CORRECT the situation!!! WhatABurger has charged my personal card 4 times for 1 order. (The 1st transaction $40.09 plus one offer used)we thought went through without a hiccup, or so we thought. After waiting on our delivery order for almost 25 minutes, I decided to check the app to see how far out the driver was, to my amazement still shown to be in the works and not even on the road yet. So I decided to call the local Whataburger on Waco in Glenpool, Oklahoma then spoke with the manager, who advised me to cancel the whole order because they never received it and couldn't give me a reason why I wasn't notified or why they weren't notified! The worst customer service I've witnessed it my life! Ive worked and managed fast food chains and I hope this is the last time I have anything close to this experience happen again. So after no help or guidance I did what she (the manager) said to do. So I canceled the order and resubmitted online but for pickup instead of delivery. I was (charged again a 2nd time in the amount of $29.41 plus I redeemed 500 of my bonus points for a shake) since my offer said it was null and void because I just used it (per me having to cancel my first order). Attempt to reorder the same order but coupon code errors. I then removed the offer added my reward instead and a regular meal. This is was it charged me $30.53 twice but at this point my card wouldn't allow auth Thank God. So by the end of this Shit Show Whataburger employees and manager on shift call one of their repeat customers a liar and basically stole my money then kept my food by refusing to make what I had paid for TWICE. I have proof by my bank, screenshots, receipts, and photos. Worst ExperienceHorrible Management I was made out to be the Bad Guy for wanting what I had paid for. WOW!! Instead of the Manager leading her and teaching customer service skills, she calls her manager and somehow I'm still the bad guy for wanting to eat a damn burger that I paid $70 dollars for! I highly recommend getting new management or getting them some classes on how not to steal from you customers then make us feel like we did something wrong. Pfft WOW.. Mind...
Read moreBeen here several times during the day, amazing service never messed up our order. But..The last three times I’ve tried coming here has been the worst service by far. I live a town over so it’s a 20 min drive. Says it was opened 24 hours. It was about 9-9:30. Tried calling several times, no answer. Finally when I arrived the lobby was closed but there were two different couples eating in the lobby. Tried going through the drive-thru because there were a few cars in line. When it was my turn, I no joke sat there for 11 minutes and no one answered. I reversed and pulled back up to make sure it sensored my car. Nope. Pulled up to the window and it seemed like everyone was hiding in the back. Ended up going next door to ihop.
Second time I tried calling again, no answer. It was about 7 o’clock on a Thursday. Got there and the doors were locked but once again there were people dinning inside. Tried the the drive through waited 5 minutes at speaker just for her to tell me it would be a 45 minute wait or longer. I declined.
Third time, the same thing happened with me calling. Lobby was opened this time, Drive-thru was moving slow so I went inside. Order our food and the girl put the cups on the counter and I handed my money. I had dropped some change in the cup and I had asked if I can get a new one, she pause and said “yup”. She acted like it was a burden to get me another cup. Got our food and it was completely wrong, the only thing they got right were the fries. The shake we had received was the consistency of chocolate milk. So I had to approach her again and all I can say is that it was such a hassle for her. Got everything we ordered correct about 35 minutes later. I understand if they were packed, but they were not. I totally understand if someone has a bad day but still no excuse especially if your job is to work customer service. Was the first time I experienced someone like that. As we were leaving I actually tried leaving her a tip to see if it would brighten her day any but someone said she couldn’t take it.

Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE! We ordered our food through the drive thru and was asked to pull up in the second lane. We waited over 15 min before anyone ever even came out to take our payment and 27 min before we got our food. During that time, we watched 8 cars that ordered AFTER us get their food and drive away before us. When the guy finally brought our food out, he aggressively passed it through the window and said nothing (no sorry about the wait; NOTHING). We then opened our bags to find our order was incorrect. The gave us small fries instead of the large we ordered and paid for. I went inside to file a complaint. While I was waiting for a so called “manager”, employees stared at me and laughed bc I was so upset. When the “manager” comes out, I told her what had happened and she responded with “What do you want me to do?” I then got more upset bc she didn’t care to handle or address the situation and she told me she didn’t have to help me if I was yelling (which I wasn’t, I was only expressing frustration and she just didn’t want to handle it) bc apparently their service was appropriate and as a customer, I didn’t have the right to be upset about the service they provided. I asked for a refund and gave the food back. My total was $15.86 and she gave me back $12 and some change. At this point, I was BEYOND furious!!! When I went back in, there was a guy who actually had “Manager” on his badge and he helped the situation. His name was Scott. He was great and tried to make up for the bad experience but too much had already gone wrong. He refunded me and replaced my order but it was just a horrible experience overall. By the time we finally left, we had been there just a few min shy of an hour which is completely unacceptable for 2 combo meals at a “fast food” restaurant. The employees were extremely rude and didn’t seem to care about working or customer satisfaction whatsoever. In fact, aside from making fun of me for being upset when I came in after waiting outside for almost a half hour, all the we’re really doing was standing around and talking.
