My wife and I had S-10s that we wanted to replace. We were greeted right away by Marissa, who was very friendly and happy to answer all our questions--and we had quite a few. Based on the answers she gave, we decided on a pair of S-24s. When she noticed from my driver's license that I was a veteran, she said I get a 25% discount. No one ever before noticed or even asked. She looked for other special offers that might be to our advantage also. When we said we would like her to be sure all out apps and data transferred, she gladly went to work to make that happen. My stuff transferred relatively quickly; my wife's took a lot longer. Even though Marissa's shift was over, she stayed past her time to leave to be sure my wife's process was underway and handed us off to to Aaron. Read moreUnbelievable crew!!! They absolutely refused to give up!!! They spent 5 hours fighting for us! My husband’s phone was cancelled by FirstNet for some technical glitch. Melody and Aaron saved us thousands of dollars! It took them 5 hours to do it. Aaron even offered to go get us lunch! Melody never left her desk and she talked to three different techs at one time. Her patience is unmatched! She was able to anticipate problems and had solutions before they even arose! She even got us a $50 credit because we had to spend so much time there! We will never go to another AT&T store except for this one (unless Melody moves and then we will follow her.) The one we went to yesterday, which shall remain unnamed, told us they couldn’t help us after being there for two hours. They even had another customer come in after us with the same issue! Read moreThe representatives at this store are great. They were able to remedy a complex issue I had during an upgrade (E-Sim problem when switching upgrades). It took quite a bit of troubleshooting to get everything in working order, but they were patient and professional the entire time. I truly appreciate the amount of time and effort they put into correcting the issue.
