Upon arrival, I went to the front desk and rang the bell to check in. A gentleman came from behind a closed door, said hello and asked for ID and payment card. He scanned them, gave me keys, said thank you for staying with us, and I never saw him again. If you want a *very quiet* stay, as in, not even a person sitting at the front desk, this is your spot. It was decently clean, dated, but looked like they were trying to do updates here and there. If you are sensitive to scents, this is not your spot. There is a scent in the lobby that is also sprayed through the vents. I stayed one night and was developing a slight migraine by the time I left. That is the only thing that would prevent me from staying there again. The rooms are roomy. Not a 4 star but comfortable and clean. Also, the breakfast was very minimal, but there was food to eat. Price was on point, which is why I would stay again. They don’t price gauge.

We stayed for 3 nights as were in town for a race. It's nothing fancy, but it's clean (smells nice too) and a good value. The rooms are nice, but walls are kinda thin. The TV worked great and shower had plenty of pressure (and was tall enough for us taller folks-6'1"). The sheets and bedding was nice, but the beds are on the firmer side. It was nice to have a small microwave and fridge (with small freezer) in the room. This place has no pool, but we were too busy to want one anyway. The breakfast was lacking (especially in the protein area). Biscuits and gravy are offered everyday, but have grab them early as it goes fast. I'm sure this is due to covid, but other hotels are at least offering breakfast sandwiches. The employees working the front desk are super nice and helpful when we needed more towels. She went and got them for us right then.

Pros : Service is great! Staff are friendly. The price is fantastic too! Beautiful sunsets. The room and bathroom were clean. The only 2 cons are the lack of the breakfast items - ALL the items were sweet items. No protein (like a meat). I appreciate the hotel putting out a breakfast spread, and I do appreciate that it costs a lot to have a variety of items. But I feel even offering something like a Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich would have been substantial! The other con which was THE WORST thing about the hotel room - the beds are ROCK hard.

I stayed there in the hotel in the handicap accessible room and truthfully don't think it's well suited for someone completely wheelchair dependent. The bed is high if I was in my wheelchair and had to transfer myself on the bed. I would have to ask for assistance from someone. The sink was on the slightly dirty side and handles of the cabinets as well. For the price we paid was worth it some what. But the disability accessibility is very limited. If you are a independent disabled person I'm afraid in this room you will need help from someone. They do have a alarm for the blind to push when someone in at your door. Which was a nice touch. IF YOU ARE PRONE to FALLS easy this is not the room for you! From water running out of the shower to entrance way to refrigerator not really working and leaking as well. So if you depend on storing your shots med related and they must remain cold still use I'd bring a ice chest. Microwave does work but takes longer then normal which to me wasn't a big deal. Be prepared for it to stink in your room. I couldn't narrow done to where that smell was coming from. Most of all I'm concern for someone slipping in that shower and falling like me. The moment I was very lucky to be able to catch myself to slow my fall but definitely requires me now spending money for a doctor's appointment now. So I didn't hit as hard when fell. Also the toilet is facing a partition right in front of the toilet. (About 2 feet away max) So I had to sit sideways. Due to not having enough room to use my catheters and Foleys. Staff was friendly and seemed like great people. The room it's self was the problem isn't not the people who are working there.

Beds are rock hard!

Update: Thank you for reaching out about the situation. I truly truly hope you will be able to fix a few things mainly shower and refrigerator. if I lived closer to the hotel I would should you guys all the problems and how...

Great location. Out of the way, but easily accessible to everything you'd want to do. We stayed for just one night and didn't eat breakfast, but we will definitely book again if the need arises. For more details see below.

So for the downsides: •It was a little frustrating that we had to pay $10/hour for every hour after the 11am check out, but not too big of a deal. •Besides that, the TV wasn't working and they weren't able to do anything to fix it until way later when we would have been out and about, but luckily we figured it out on our own so we didn't have to go to a different hotel. Honestly just felt that whole thing could've been handled better, but once again, not that big of a deal. •Last nitpicks, the bathroom door got jammed about halfway, there was a drink left from the previous occupant in the mini fridge, tiny soap in shower and bathroom sink.

•Randomly appreciation: loved that the mini fridge temperature was cold enough for our drinks and that the room came with a microwave. Convenient location. Kind front desk clerk. Smooth elevator. Quiet.

All in all, everything was clean, not a single bug, it was about $60 cheaper than everything else in the Tulsa area, and I would say it is worth a few minor inconveniences. I could tell the owners take pride in their establishment and I felt 100% comfortable there....

We booked through hotels.com

The hotel location was good from what I could tell. It was a last minute decision to stay here on our way to Tulsa coming from Houston. I booked it only a few hours before arriving late (around 11pm).

The guy who let me into the hotel was very informative and quick to get us checked in. They did ask for a card to charge a $50 deposit through...

The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. Overall, we stayed the night and left soon after waking up. So, we did not need anything other the beds and restroom. It was a very quick stop.

We did grab some breakfast before leaving. It was by far the most disappointing breakfast I have seen in a hotel. They had two cereal selections, raisins bran and an off brand fruit loops. There was juice, three oranges, one apple, two types of yogurt, and bread for roasting. They had a hot option (biscuits and gravy) but it was very sparse as well and looked like it had sat there a while. The overall experience was wanting. There wasn't enough and no one there to tend to it.

Overall experience was good. We stopped here because of the price tag and encouraging reviews we read online. I would do an overnight trip here again but no more than that. If they improved their breakfast options, I would have a different feeling about...
