First off, I am as computer illiterate as you get. When my kids were younger, they used to tell me to stay off the computer as something would always happen when I touched the buttons lol! I have an old computer tower and monitor. I had to disconnect both for painters when they came to paint my walls to remove the outlet plates. After they were finished, I reconnected all computer equipment. The tower turned on but the monitor would not and kept saying "no signal". After several attempts of frustration in disconnecting and reconnecting cables and turning off, turning on, trying several different plugs, I started looking up and calling different computer repair places. I explained what was happening to each, that the tower was working but the monitor was saying "no signal". One shop made an appointment to come to the house and the minimum charge was $125 -$250 just for diagnostics!! The other shop was in Peoria, 36 min from me. I made one more call and this was to iNFLUX PC Goodyear Computer Rep. Thank goodness I made this call. I spoke with Brad, who was patient and nice and told me to send him a photo of the back of the tower and monitor. He texted back saying the connections looked right. He then told me to try touching the input button (didn't know about this button) on the monitor and reset the input. I tried every button. I found the input button and pushed that button a couple times and held it. I saw the switch from HDMI which is what my monitor kept displaying to DVI which Brad said and the monitor turned on!!!!!! I was never so happy to see this. Brad helped me over the phone with this. He saved me from paying a large amount and also a trip to the shop. I am so grateful to him. It's so refreshing to know there are still good, decent, and kind people in the world that are not out to take advantage of you. I can't say for sure these other businesses I contacted knew what the problem could be or they did and just wanted to make a lot of money off me for a simple problem since I don't know anything about computers. The latter would be my guess. I know this is a long review but I hope people read it and know that iNFLUX is the place to call if you want honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful solutions to your computer issues. I will let everyone I know this is the place to call and go to. Thanks so much again Brad. I would give 10...

I wish I could make this a 0-star review. At first, I was eager to work with Brad as all of these reviews seemed phenomenal and he was quick to respond to my inquiries. However, upon picking up my computer, I noticed that my keyboard backlight was no longer working. He took a look at it, fixed the problem, and returned it...turns out he did not plug it in after he installed a new hard-drive in my computer. I also noticed that he seemed to glue something on my computer, and it looked like a bit of a mess. A few days later, when I went to use my laptop's built-in camera, I learned that my computer software was no longer detecting the camera. Brad remotely accessed my system for a few minutes, and then disappeared. I tried to reach out to him in order to follow up, but he did not reply. After wasting more time contacting Microsoft and Dell, I finally went to another computer repair tech. They opened up my laptop and showed me that, at somepoint when the laptop was in Brad's possession, the wire connecting the webcam was damanged and could not be fixed. They mentioned that he had searched through my computer's software, and that he would have realized the issue within minutes. This would explain why he stopped replying to my messages...
I was originally looking for to fix a broken hinge on my computer, but ended up receiving my laptop in a worse condition than when I dropped it off. He also deleted certain programs off of my computer, such as my anti-virus software, in order to install his preferred programs which now have led to multiple pop-ups. I would highly recommended others to STAY AWAY from this business, and to find a more professional individual. Not to mention, his dispearance after realizing he caused permanent damage to my computer is...
Read moreWe definitely recommend iNFLUX PC Computer Repair. If you want a computer expert in you back pocket, Brad at iNFLUX PC Computer Repair is your guy.
Brad has been helping us with our computer for over 6 years now. When our computer slowed down, he diagnosed a dying hard drive and replaced it making sure all our files stayed intact. That helped us delay the need for a new computer because he was able to give our old computer new life. When the time came to buy a new computer, he again made sure we didn’t lose any files when he transferred our data to the new computer.
Recently, Brad answered our plea for help when our back up system was acting strange. Turns out it was failing. He diagnosed the problem and was very patient to answer all our questions to explain what we needed to do. If not for his prompt attention, we could have lost all our important files thinking they were being protected. After considering how we use our computer, he recommended which replacement back up drive we should buy and even set it up remotely for us at a more than fair price.
Again, when the sound went out on our computer, he quickly identified that the problem was due to a bad update and fixed it.
I can’t express my gratitude enough to Brad at iNFLUX PC Computer Repair! He's smart, honest, fair, reasonably priced and provides wicked fast service. We only know enough about technology to be dangerous, so we're so grateful to...
