Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Goodyear

Listen. I’ve tried on two separate Friday nights. Both times they screwed up. Banana caramel crunch. The first time they didn’t out the damn caramel in. It’s in the damn title. The second time they put walnuts instead of candied pecans. I get that my husband is going out of the car to get it and he has zero clue what’s supposed to be in it but seriously there’s a recipe card for these. It’s a “signature flavor whatever you call it” what would it matter if I were there they’d still be making it on down the way and I wouldn’t have seen it then either. I can’t go back.

Edit: apparently they don’t care if it isn’t right now we have to check cameras before I can get a refund. How bout this I’ve had it correctly out of state I know what an “almond”’is and what a foul walnut is…I don’t care if your employee put whatever was supposed to be in her mind in the ice cream I’m a person who doesn’t like it. I’ve had it correct several times in California. From cold stone. I’ve paid almost twice this amount and yet I’m arguing on the phone because you use the excuse that I can’t get a refund. Don’t bother if they make a mistake they won’t do a thing...

This wasn’t the first time it was pointed out to the young man serving us the portions seemed short. Once confronted he started laughing about it and thought was funny. A young punk and don’t care mentality. A poor attitude and even worst customer service. The next step is for this place to start weighing their portions on a scale. This young punk goes out of his way to short serve the customers. You can tell he gets a joy out of doing this. Next visit he will be bypassed. That’s if we go back. My wife and I have been going there since they opened. Well over 10 years. I got my military discount and the punk got a well deserved zero (0) tip. I told him his attitude and short serving got him a zero tip and he said that’s fine. In other words he didn’t care. If you notice on the reviews they have no response. This shows the management here is terrible and just there to short folks on the servings and rip them off. Greedy...

They brought back the blueberry muffin batter back and if you haven't had it well you haven't lived yet! Add some yellow cake maybe some brownie and then when you get home add some fresh blueberries.... OMG! Get this in your face! Pound it in my mouth hole because I love this so much I could eat it every day! The only thing that upsets me is that I have not had this in a few years because it's a special flavor..... Well cold stone! I need this to be an option in my life at any time. How can you do this to people and let them taste something so amazing and then tell us... Well it's only here for a month and then you will not see it again for at least 4 years! I know it's been longer than that but!!!! I really hope they make this an every year event! I must have this flavor at all times please cold stone I am begging you! Please don't take away my blueberry muffin...
