Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Goodyear

If I could give negative, I would. DO NOT use the pharmacy at this location. The employees have no clue how to operate that facility, they dont even know their own contracts. If you are a GoodRx user stay far away from this location. They have no clue how to use the coupons. I went in to get an inhaler that goodrx says was $26 at walgreens and when they rang me up it came to $78... how does that make sense. Walgreens has a "contractual obligated" to honor GoodRx cards for the value shown on the coupon. They clearly dont know this, or they just don't have any regard for their customerts to care. Let alone, I waited in line over 45 minutes, there were only 3 people in front of me. Then an employee, who seemed like he never stepped foot in the pharmacy before, tried to assist me. I ended up walking out paying full price due to their incompetence and complete ignorance of their own company policies. I will never use this location again or any walgreens to fill my...

I have been coming to this location for the past 5 years and they seem to be going downhill fast. I called today to verify if my son's medication would be ready today around 2:30 pm and they told me it would be ready for pick up in 45 minutes. I sent my mother-in-law over there to pick it up around 315 pm and she was told they don't have it available. They would have to call around and see what other Walgreens has it in stock. This would have been nice to know when we called the first time. This is the 3rd time they have told us to come pick up medication around a certain time and it is either not ready or they do not have it available. They never call us to let us know and when the only reason we find out it is because we physically go down there to pick it up. I hope a manager reads this complaint and tries to correct whatever issue or person that is causing these...

Well I know why the rating is 2.5. I scheduled my meds to be delivered same day and paid extra for it. Well they didn't show up. I went to go pick them up myself after them not showing up at the house the next day. The lady was not nice at all and did nothing about refunding the delivery charge. Yes its only 7 dollars but I paid for a service that didn't happen. So the way I look at it is take that 7 dollars and find out how many 7 dollar charges were taken without service provided across the country in a year.
