If I could give NO STARS I would...I was given the entirely wrong order. I had a #20, Sausage Taquito Meal, an extra Single Bacon Taquito, both with Cheese, and a Blue Cheese Burger Combo, No Bun. I was handed 2 Single Burger Meals, and a Double Burger Meal. I was asked at the Window if I was waiting for the 3.....I replied No, I am waiting for the Taquitos, and the Employee said, and the blue cheese burger, I said Yes. I asked for the Sauces I wanted with My Meal and the Drive Thru E.ployee stood with the bag of (Wrong) Food in Her hand for a good 2 minutes while She added My Sauces to the (Wrong) bag in her hand and handed Me the Order. Now, this is My Fault for not checking the Order because this SAME LOCATION had messed up My Order no less than 2 Nights PRIOR TO THIS VISIT. (That Order I just ate as it was Late and I was too Tired to deal with it to be Honest.....UMMMM, NOT TODAY......) How many Hands does this Food go through before it's handed to a Guest? How many People DIDN'T CATCH THIS??!?!...... Maybe a little more attention to detail is Necessary at this Location? I understand it's a Late Night Order but COME ON GUYS.....DANG.... And for the Prices to be as steep as they are, I mean Whataburger is on the Higher Priced Side of "Fast Foods"....... Then, upon returning to the restaurant, to get my correct order, None of the 5 Employees would look Me in the Face and I was offered a half hearted apology, after waiting gto be acknowledged by the Staff. Pretty Sad when the "Manager" won't even greet, shake a hand, or look up from the Counter to take FULL Responsibility for the piss poor employee performance. Read moreWe go to Whataburgers regularly. This is the first time at this location. Location was nice and clean. We went to order and the person receiving the order was courteous. Went to get unsweetened tea and taste it and it was sour, fair enough. Went to report it and to get the tea replaced. We reported it and asked for it to be filled with the drive thru which was fine. The irritating part was we were told it was just made we were there at 945am tea was tagged as 800 am. The manager was combative. Made another person on staff tase it, oh and that person was on break. That person said yeah they could taste it but didn't drink unsweetened tea. The manager then had another employee taste it until she got an answer they wanted and said that my wife was crazy. Tea may have been freshly made but if poured into a dispensing pot that was not totally clean the bacteria will make it start tasting bad fairly quickly. They did not make a fresh pot of tea. So if people get sick from it or complain please note it so corporate is aware. Simply making a fresh pot in a clean dispenser is not asking for a lot it's call customer service and corporate needs to educate the managers about this issue, it's more common than not. Simply acknowledging a customer's concern and remaking a pot takes this from a one star to a five star. The food was good but making a customer feel belittled is unacceptable. Read moreUPDATE: 5/21 We gave this place another try. Ordered. Waited in line for about ten minutes before getting to the window. She took my card and never came back. I waited for about 10-15 more minutes while NO ONE came to the window. Finally someone brought my card back saying they were having computer problems. They then hand me my food which I double checked and it was cold. The fries were cold. The sandwiches barely warm. I asked for new food since we waited so long. They had us pull to the front. I barely parked when she walked out with our "new" food. This food was just warm. Not even fresh!! Worst part of all of this is they keep hitting my debit card for payment after they already took the amount. I got double charged already as it is. Luckily I blocked it otherwise they would've taken this payment at least ten times by now. This is completely unacceptable!!!! Will NEVER go back there now. Natalie, a manager, was not helpful and could care less.
10:00 at night, 4 people in front of me. I don't see anyone in the kitchen but see a lot of orange shirts just walking around talking. Some sitting at a table. One employee, with gloves on, comes out to the seating area talking to her coworkers. She had a headset on, so I assume she was working the drive thru. I waited in line for about 20 minutes before getting to the window. That's a bit ridiculous. There looks to be at least 5-6 workers...
