My son and husband were in AZ oct 26-30th 2016- They were there for a father son baseball tournament. At approxamerly 12noon Thursday Oct 27th, they went for take out, ordered inside To grab lunch my son purchased 2 hard shelled tacos my husband ordered a chicken sandwich. 1 taco was eaten and within an hour or less my son began violently vomiting. This has continued for 6 days with 1 trip to urgent care where a fecal sample was sent for testing for food bourn illness. The vomiting was so bad that an additional trip this time to the ER occurred today. It is highly probable that your beef taco is thee culprit to his illness and pending fecal results we are filing a complaint with the AZ DEPT OF HEALTH and will report to the CDC as well. Compensation of all medical related costs are being requested for reimbursement. I am outraged over this, and we have already begun the filing process We would appreciate. Respons to this and of any other reported illnesses at this location. Fecal repot expected by tomorrow or Friday and this will tell us what form of bacteria toxin was in this hard shelled taco. My son was the only ball player who ate beef taco from Your location.

Read moreTo corporate Please fire Allison,super unprofessional, does not care about your customers, she takes for ever to take an order, I was waiting on her to note everything on the screen for many minutes, this is a drive through it should be quick. When confronted, she didn't even apologize, she had a smirk, I addressed that as well, she just replied with you have no idea what's going on, it's because we are busy. I told her even in busy situations she must maintain composure, and be apologetic, she still went on rolling her eyes,shaking her head, and told me "I don't know what u want me to say this girl needs to go asap!!
Mia and Paul were exeptional and apologetic to me, they went out of their way to assist. Also you still have signs of the spicy chicken being promoted, please remove your signs, they are misleading as I was told by Mia that you guys do bot carry spicy chicken anymore. I was also made to wait for my food out in the front for a long time, why do you have a drive through, of your gonna make me wait??
Also Joan the manager is no where to be seen or found, I was looking for her to address the issues , theirs no phone number were I can call and talk to her. Read moreupdate I have since been back to this location after a phone call from the district manager. They have replaced the night crew with people who are respectful and polite. It's unfortunate that a few bad apples ruined the bunch but the experience is totally different now that the bad ones are gone. If you, like myself, dealt with the previous overnight crew, I recommend you give them another chance.I don't think you will be disappointed. Please know that they do have about an hour each night (I think 2am-3am or 3-4) when their computers update so they only take cash while that is happening, but not the rest of the time. Im glad that management took the time to read our reviews and do something about it. That says alot.
Sat in line at this location in the drive thru for 40 minutes! Stuck! After the first 20, finally they asked to take my order, then, after my order, they told me they were accepting cash only. Instead of having cars in front of me pull up, I got trapped in line for another 20. Left hungry after a 12 hour shift. This isn't the first time it happened.
