New to the place and I wonât go back. They had really bad customer service, the employee that helped us was so sweet and needed help while the other employee was in the back just standing there playing with her hair(around food).We asked her politely if she could help while the other one was charging us.There was no one in the store but us. She was in a very bad mood and She answered in a rude way that she couldnât because the other employee would get confused.Which I donât understand how sheâd get confused when we were the only people in there at the moment and all she had to tell her was add the ice cream to the amount.She had a very bad attitude and when we were trying to tell her what ice cream we wanted she literally walked away and left us talking by our selves and walked alway to help someone else that had just walked in didnât even finish helping us was very rude and we were very uncomfortable. Honestly I do not know why you hire people that donât want to work, they just want to get paid for standing there doing nothing and when they really have to work they have the worst attitude. If she wants to be lazy and not help other employees she should at least hide from the customers. I recommend people to go to the Tropicana instead and save your self having to take the employees bad attitude.
