GameStop — Local services in Grand Forks

I visited the store in Grand Forks I drove from Devil's Lake when I walked in two boys one had pinkish purple hair he reminded me of cookie the clown on The Bozo show the other one was a taller kid wearing a suit yellow and black plaid remind me of someone's couch from the late 60s early 70s anyway I was greeted by both of them we engaged in a brief conversation as to what brought me into their store the minute I began to explain why I was there and brought up what games I were looking for,It was the weirdest thing I've ever witnessed. It was as if the lights were on but nobody was home in the moment I brought up the games I was playing and the games I was looking for these two began to conversate amongst each other I was completely ignored, my presence from that point forward was as if I had vanished Andrew thin air,they continue to talk about everything related to each of their experiences in the games that they play my dialogue with them was over the moment those two open their mouths. It was as if you might be talking to someone on the street and then in mid-conversation they notice somebody they recognized or knew they did a about face start talking to each other and forgot I was even there. talk about Twilight zone. To the owner of the store on 32nd I'd say it's time to start doing random drug screening these two boys are in another world or even universe must have grown up in isolation they have no idea what social skills are, if I were the owner I'd get the keys from them lock your doors cuz with clowns like those two you're going to be out of...

I just wanted to share this with this was my first time going to this store this place is expensive then other stores and you can't return if you open something I was shocked the manager never told me before I bought it that ones you opened it you can't return it i opened it and it was hard to understand it and there was not much information on it so I thought I can return it but the manager said no and he was not kind it was 7 .99 and the highest management will not do anything the rock 30 will return things and if you opened it you have 7 days if you not happy I will always go back to rock 30 they treat me more kind there then this store this store treat me like garbage and can't return anything and it's alot more cheaper at rock 30 too and they explain things to you alot more then game stop if you want game go to rock 30 they are kind people and if you have problems they will help they be happy to refund your money or exchange it for something else I'm happy with them I just shocked game stop will not refund my money they should...

So my husband and I go to GameStop to see if they have the item we are looking for, it is two days past Christmas so they have a white piece of paper taped on the front of the door that says “hours for Sunday is 12pm-6pm” so we try to open the door and it is locked.
