Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Grand Forks

I ordered through DoorDash but this is not their fault. I feel this is the store’s fault for poorly handling their product. The first dasher took a while to find my correct address. He dropped it off at the incorrect address. I retyped my address on the chat. He had delayed responses and after waiting and checking every 5 m with no communication I marked order never received. DoorDash resends a new order. Once my re-order is picked up and in the process of being redelivered the dasher finds my address. I check the redelivered ice cream and it’s melted. I wait for my new ice cream to arrive and when I finally assemble my cone I find an insect crawling out of the ice cream. This was disappointing because I paid extra for this cone. Icecream is icecream but the service isn't worth the drive over here. I've been excited all week just to be disappointed by this joke of a store. I've been to alot of cold stones in my day but none as bad as this. Step it up cold stone.

1 year later Edit: My second experience here was worse then the first. I came in for my birthday to get a cone. The joys I felt coming in were quickly crushed by the employees. I told the counter it was my birthday and they replied with a scoff. My one special day and I was treated like a plastic bag in the wind. It is the best ice cream . Dip cone is not what we expected. Very good but would like it it in the bowl . Sooo creamy oh yum banana is fresh 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼great place to bring the kids .
