Starbucks — Restaurant in Grand Forks

After eight years, I’m officially done ordering from this location. I DoorDashed over $40 worth of food and drinks for my family, and many of the drinks were disappointing. No whipped cream on my daughter’s frappe’s, and my lattes definitely didn’t have an extra shot of espresso, which cost 1.65 per additional shot. Over the last few months I’ve ordered and received drinks that have only been 3/4 of the way full, and I’ve received drinks that were missing espresso shots or other (pricey) customizations. I’ve only complained twice knowing mornings can be rough, and I don’t like to make people feel bad or uncomfortable as It’s not in my nature. Most of the time I just tell myself “It is what it is.” This specific order was made around noon on a SUNDAY. There isn’t much of an excuse to mess it up so horribly. I’ll be ordering from the Columbia location from now on. My experience with them has always been positive, and even the Target location is superior. Everything I’ve ordered there has been perfect. This location has just always been more convenient, but I’m choosing quality over convenience at this point. I pay too much money to be disappointed time and time again..there isn’t an excuse to screw up this consistently, especially when these drinks are not cheap...

Me and my children always have to wait at this location. The drinks are overstocked. No one‘s picking them up while the rest of us are sitting there looking at other peoples drinks waiting. This is all the time thing and it’s like five or six of y’all working at one time I think you guys need training from the Starbucks that is right across the street from all true family medicine that is right there by Hugo like literally they do an amazing job. We never have to wait long for our drinks over there and we have never been told what we’re backed up and behind. If you’d like a refill, you can go up to the front and get a refill after my children have been sitting there, looking at everybody’s drinks waiting for theirs , and by the way last time I was there you guys forgot the cake pops but the Starbucks across the street from Altur Family Medicine Pharmacy door that Starbucks definitely makes it right and makes up for you guys as mistakes....

We went here yesterday and the barista stated that something didn't go through with the transaction. So I used points to pay for it. I had enough money on my app to pay for it. When we drive off I saw that I was charged for both drinks and points were used. I called the store today and they said they couldn't do anything about it since it happened yesterday and gave me a different number to call. I called the number and the guy argued with me about the charges like I didn't see what happened. Nothing was resolved except the fact that Caribou Coffee and local coffee shops will now get...
