Tradehome Shoes — Local services in Grand Island

I was seeking information on a specific type of shoe for my husband. I visited 4 stores in total, but returned to Tradehome Shoes in Grand Island specifically because of the wonderful customer service I was provided. Danny asked me if I needed any assistance when I entered the store, Brian also assisted in answering the questions I asked. I did not have a single employee offer any type of assistance in the other 3 stores.

When I returned the next day with my husband, Brian remembered me and stated "you brought him with you" referring to my husband. He remembered our conversation, what we were looking for and immediately got those shoes for him to try on.

Went to the store October 30 while the trunk or treating was going on and let me tell you it was a horrible experience! There were 3 young men and there was only ONE doing their job, the other 2 were just standing there instead of helping me with my needs they were busy talking about a girl who was just standing there, they were speaking Spanish so I know they weren’t talking work talk I believe one of the guys name was William and the other kid I don’t know but he has curly hair. Maybe something should be done because i got no help from them at all....

I was trying yo buy shoes for my dad who lives in Memory Care. Started with a shoe he was wearing, didn't fit. Danny helped first and did a good job. However, i needed Brian, the manager, to help. We talked about the shoes that might work, that would provide support and comfort. We tried 3 different brands. Unfortunately, nothing fit his left foot. I will take my dad to the store the next time and ask Brian's assistance. The selection is very good, and I was pleased with the service and choices. I bought a pair of Oofos...
