We've been going to Tina's Nails for a long time! We've spent lots of $$$ at Tina's! I've done acrylic nails since I remember and NEVER this problem! I was told by nail technician to try dip because it's better for your nails! WRONG!!! I had dip put on 9/16 & many chipped, fell off, or broke off! 10-1(today)went in to have them fixed and was told it would be $33 & I was to hard on them! VERY frustrated since I live 2.5 hours away! Owner didn't say much and should know CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT! I asked for them fixed or I want my money back! Of course she wouldn't give my money back but wouldn't you do what you could to save loyal customers?!?!Finally...nail technician told me she'd fix "ONLY" 2 because it's been such a long time!! So...being VERY frustrated I let her do that! They all started talking the language they speak that no one can understand while looking at me! VERY RUDE!! We left there and went to a VERY nice place! I was told Tina should have fixed everything without questions! I got fixed right up without any charge from a different nail salon!!! Ladies PLEASE check around because there's better nail places in Grand Island! More respectful, pleasant, knowledgeable, takes pride in what they do, and not as costly! I regret not doing this sooner! I'll never go back to Tina's Nails after this and they'll lose more client's than me! Customer service as I've witnessed today won't keep...
Read moreWORST SERVICE EVER! I feel like I have been a pretty loyal customer for the past two years. I don't come in every month but this WAS my go to nail salon, but after today's service I will NEVER set foot in there again! The lady who did my nails just got up and walked away from me without saying a word to me! I waited 5-7 minutes for her to come back just to realize she walked away from me to go wax someone else's eye brows! Like I wasn't important enough to finish first! On top of that she made my nails so thin that I broke 2 of them within two hours of leaving the salon! I had to go back and get them fixed and that lady was just rude! She didn't even apologize for the bad work! Then my sister got stuck with that AWFUL guy that works there. He is horrible! He goes way to fast, he cut her a couple times and then argued with her about how she wanted them shaped!! Last I checked we were paying for a service we want so if you are asked to shape the nail a certain way you do that it is called customer service.
