The staff is very friendly, professional, and they go that extra mile if you really need something in a hurry. They know framing. They have an eye for color, for frame styles. I have had good experiences here since moving to GJ 8 years ago. The work has always been well done and they are so helpful in choosing frames and mat colors. This past week I took in a picture that had been "printed" on a rectangle of wood creating a beautiful memory of a place very dear to me. It didn't have a wire or any hooks attached to the back of the wood so I was unsure how to hang it. Given a brief 15 minutes, she returned the picture with a wire screwed carefully into the back and waved off my attempt to pay for it.
