Miss. Harmony consistently exhibits her impeccable management and leadership talents with genuine warmth and sincerely welcoming customer service . The restroom facilities are always immaculate, without a doubt the cleanest customer facilities in all of Mesa County. Every team member @this location is a breathe of fresh air. Randy, what delight! Always making sure every customer feels welcome and important every time we/they visit. As does Joseph and Kenny Although every member of this team definitely deserves praise, and reward, there are two more that I would like to especially thank...Kenny, and Joseph. So thank you to the whole team everyone should definitely get a bonus and especially have a Golden plaque (1st Place) for most immaculate restaurant and customer restrooms in Mesa county. Well, the last two visits to this location have been quite disappointing to say the least. The first experience was in the drive thru where we waited for 20 minutes AFTER we got to the window and paid to receive our food. The explanation we received was that they didn't know they didn't have any fish cooked. I can't figure out how it takes more than a few to realize that there isn't any of an item cooked and then to go ahead and then cook some. Part of me wonders if they had to go next door to Walmart and buy some? The next experience was inside where my number was called but when I got up there I was told that it was called in error even though I could see my order on a tray behind the employee. Stood there for a few minutes until I was told that they didn't have the flavor of milkshake that I wanted and that I should just have a strawberry one because "it's better anyway". Well maybe if I wanted a strawberry shake I would order one but I didn't. No attempt to make me happy about getting a flavor I didn't...

I spent $20 on 2 meals. The carne asada enchilada "plato" was so bad we had to throw it out. The avocados were badly bruised and looked spoiled. There was an oily substance pooled on 1/4 of the refried beans. I had to pay extra for a tasteless iced tea to go with the plato. The other meal included fries but the fryer was down meaning we were charged the same price for less food. We were declined a comp. Not even a free iced tea. Had I not promised getting Del Taco for lunch, I would have walked out. However, we had heard the food was really good so I went ahead and ordered. I can only assume the good food came from the North Av store. Perhaps this was just a bad day for this store but I have zero intention of visiting it ever again and I will think long and hard about taking a chance on any Del Taco store.
