To exercise my freedom of speech I will be leaving a review about my experience with Pandoras and the owner. I’ve been getting pierced by them since I was around 7-8 and had genuinely good experiences until recently. I got my belly pierced by them in January when I was visiting colorado seeing as I no longer live there. And recently my bank account was hacked into and I was a victim of fraud. A reversal was made from Pandoras along with other businesses I had shopped from when I was hacked and my bank accounts were frozen and terminated completely. The reversal from Pandoras was made and one morning I woke up to a voicemail from Jen which was quite passive aggressive. I called back multiple times trying to get in contact with her because she stated she would be making a claim to her credit card company seeing as i tried to “pull a fast one.” no one answered my calls, i had to reach out over facebook after seeing a slandering post about me on their page to all of their followers. I had begged for the post to be taken down as i became a target for bullying, harassment, threats etc. She refused to take the post down until my bank got in contact with her the next day, and even then she made complaints about how the bank didn’t deliver the information she wanted. It was an on going war with her to just give me compassion and the time of day to have a private phone call about the situation and figure out a way to get it fixed. instead she gave me none of that. instantly pegged me as a “criminal” and hardly gave me anytime to explain or ask for help on how to fix the situation, as it was my first time being a victim of fraud. 😑 She finally took the post down but still refuses to give an apology to me for her actions and the way she handled the situation. so if you’re ever in my shoes, actually no. don’t be in my shoes, just don’t go here to avoid a similar situation happening if you one day happen to be a victim of fraud as well. But A+ on the piercings, they’re cute &...
Read moreO my good lord...so thankful for the team at pandoras piercing.
Specifically shout out to Morgan the red headed gal thay helped my 9 yo daughter, who was suffering from severe pain from infected ear piercings. She was so kind and helpful and understanding to get my daughter into some earrings that would not react to her sensitive ears.
They have a HUGE selection of jewelry, biggest i have ever seen, and my daughter picked a really cute titanium pyramid set. But they were grey and my daughter wished they were colored.
Apparently lone behold they do something called anodizing I believe where they can change the color rapidly on-site somehow.
My daughter likes blue and purple and they had a blu-rple which was so cool!
And shout out to the piercer Marshall. Such a skilled, fantastic, calm and gentle man.
My daughter's ears were killing her and she didn't want no one touching them hardly. I assured her Marshall was a professional and would be very gentle.
He explained everything going on with her ears and was very calm, Reassuring, And gentle with my daugthers ears and cleaned them well and used a numbing ointment on her existing earrings.
He was able to remove her old earrings and replace with these better new blurple ones with a flat back in no time.
Shes already feeling so much better and happier and in less pain.
I wanted to personally thank you both for taking great care of my daughter and I and let everyone know that is looking for a piercer, that i couldn't recommend pandoras piercing enough!
From the bottom of my heart your turned my evening of cries and painful tears my daughter was having into peace and joy!
God bless you guys. We will...
Read moreI am very impressed with Pandora’s Piercing. It is the best piercing experience I have ever had. The staff is very nice and super welcoming. They are very direct and clear on all aftercare instructions and information about the piercing— like what the best way to sleep is with the piercing, what type of earring makes the healing process easier, etc. They also took serious note that I had my wisdom teeth removed just last week! I thank them for being attentive of that as I have dry socket :) The best part about this place is they do not use piercing guns! The first time I got my cartilage pierced, I was left with a piercing that was swollen and hurting for almost a month. The needle piercing is the way to go, and far less “scary,” per say, than the gun. The piercer was great at keeping me calm while piercing me. She also told me what to do so my piercing was the best it could be! She was extremely straightforward on what I should do so I did not mess up the piercing. The piercer knew exactly what she was doing and I love how professional she was! (I don’t often get that sort of impression when going to other places). The hoop follows and is perfectly aligned with my top hoop! I’m in love with this piercing and will definitely be coming back when I decide to get my second...
