Andy was so patient with us as we searched for just the right 20th anniversary ring. I’ve never been to a jeweler that would size while you wait, but they took their time sizing my new ring, along with my original wedding set to make sure the fit was perfect. Since I’m still in the process of losing weight, they suggested not completing the downsize on my wedding band until I was at my final size, and they tacked it in place for free so I wouldn’t lose it in the meantime, and didn’t charge anything for the service! They were very family friendly as well. Our young daughter was with us, and the staff were kind and engaging with her, answering her questions and teaching us all a little more about gemstones in the process. They have some great estate pieces, as well as some very unique custom designs. I can’t recommend these jewelers strongly enough. We will use them for all our future...

Wonderful store. The gentleman working fixed my necklace for free 😭 My mom gave me a necklace for mothers day 2 years ago. I dont know what kind of metal it is, if I had to guess its probably a sterling silver or a 925 my mother passed January 22 2025. This chain holds a pendant that my mom wore and my dogs ashes. Breaking my necklace was like losing her and my pup all over again. I figured it would cost more to fix the necklace than it was worth... but the sentimental value of it was worth it every penny. And he didn't charge me 😭😭 i was in and out within 5 minutes. Thank you very much 😊 you've made my whole day.

Who knew you could get your chain repaired by lasers. 🤔

My rope chain had split some of the links and THJ was able to repair it in under 2 min and also assisted with a new bail on a special pendent that my spouse had worn while adventuring.

With her passing recently they took care of my keepsakes and showed me a kindness that I can't even express how much it meant to me. Thank you to the gentleman who repaired my chain, installed a new correct size bail for the updated chain ( that my mom gave me decades ago ) and did so in a fashion that i can't express how much it meant to me.
