Please do not use this company. While the power was out in GR they decided to use a gas generator INSIDE to power their store. This is a multi use building, so can you guess what happened. Sent 2 people to the hospital with carbon monoxide poisoning and is not taking responsibly for it. So if you have phone problem do not expect them to care. They almost killed people cause they could not read the instructions. Bad choice, when you deal with people like this, they will not help you or will not care. I had really bad customer service, went to purchase a new phone early 2023, the manager was not helpful, didn't seem to know what what he was doing,didn't disclose any information about the refund policy, wasn't able to get back data I wanted. And only a day after I got the phone, wanted to trade it in for a new one because metro is supposed to have a 14-day policy, did not honor it at all. Tried to offer 20$ for a 170$ transaction. First of all takes forever when you call to get through to talk to someone. Manager on a Friday says they have plenty of A23s for me and said I can come by and get it tomorrow, call first thing when they open the next day and now the person working says its behind a cage and the manager won't be in until Monday, call Monday and no1 will pick up the phone and started auto sending me to voicemail.
