Walker's Jewelry-Photo — Local services in Grangeville

I purchased a silver pendant at Walker's, and it had a bit of tarnish. The gentleman behind the counter offered to polish it before I purchased it. Unfortunately, the piece was badly damaged during this polishing process. I didn't realize this before I drove it all the way home. (4 hours back to Boise.) I discovered the damage as I was presenting it as a gift. As soon as I could, I called Walker's and described the issue. I was instructed to mail it back, and told that it would be exchanged with an identical undamaged piece. I did, and within a few days, I received a perfect undamaged piece in the mail.
