I placed an order on line and received the wrong item. I called to get it replaced, was told to send an email and picture. I did and didn't here anything. Called a week later, told the owner was at a show and left a message. Called again a week after that and was told the owner never received my email. Not true because it never came back. After I threatened to withdraw my credit card payment, they would send me my fabric with a return envelope. Finally received my fabric after 4 weeks with a blank envelope. Going to the Quilt Fair in Scottsdale is always a highlight for me. Today was another wonderful quilting event, especially when I discovered, Your Best Friend’s Quilt Shop! It was wonderful!!! They had very nice, quality fabric and the quilt kits were amazing!!! It was hard to restrain myself from buying every kit they had!! Plus, the owner and her daughter were so very helpful and informative! The only downside was their location! Their shop is in Idaho and I’m from Arizona!🙄 But I did warn them not to be surprised if I popped in their store some day! It was a great experience and I would highly recommend...

What a pleasant surprise to unexpectedly spot this shop next door to where we ate lunch! The owner was super nice and not only knew quilting, but was an excellent travel guide for the journey to Missoula. Her fabric offerings were A+: current, colorfull, wide variety, reasonably priced, and thoughtfully arranged. The store has great lighting and room to maneuver around. The bathroom has pretty pictures/wall art, too. There is also a sale area. We chose some wonderful fabrics. Looking forward to shopping on line for some more treasures from her. Thanks for the...
