So when I went in shopping they were Suuuuuuper attentive and helpful and I bought three pairs ranging in price from $69 to roughly $90, two tops and my husband got a pair of jeans. The sales people were very pleasant and helpful. My issue is with the jeans I left to be hemmed. I thoroughly appreciate that they do it for free. However I was told their seamstress was on vacation or something and that it might take extra time and was given an ETA of 11/13. Well I hadn't heard, so I called the store today-11/17. I was informed "all items in to be hemmed" were complete. Ok, yay....I asked if they call people to let them know their items were ready and the reply, in a sort of snotty non apologetic manner was "Not anymore". I have shopped at buckle for YEARS and had many items hemmed. They have Always called to let me know when my items are ready. Way to drop the ball here Buckle. It's really not a good look when you bend over backwards to get customers to spend their money so you can get a commission and then completely lose it on follow through once the money is spent. Speaks volumes!
Adding to my earlier review. Not only do they apparently NOT call you when hemming is ready, they LOSE your item!!!! Came to pick up my hemmed jeans and guess what??? They cannot find them!!!! LIVID is an understatement....

I have been to two separate locations this week, trying to make a purchase; but that unfortunately has still not happened.
